There is a market nearby Public transportation passes right in front of it. The taxi station is a short distance away.

The business is seafront and has a blue flag beach in front of it. 6 people can stay in our house. 10 minutes to Seaside house airport and city center It is 3 minutes away from Ordu University and 1 minute away from the dolmus station and has a decent location with a grocery store, restaurant, patisserie, cafe, etc. around it.

Mr. Hakan took care of us. She's a lovely host. Everything is very clean and organized. Mr. Hakan and the employees were very helpful with everything. I think it's a resort to vacation

Beautiful house and Mr. Mahmoud is responsive. I thank his parents for their good reception and kindness. It was a comfortable and quiet night in this house

Mr. Hüsnü is a very kind, helpful and caring host. She was always helpful with anything we could think of. It has a very nice vineyard house. A double room upstairs overlooks the pole vineyards. There is one room downstairs with two single beds and another room with a double bed next to it. The entire house is wooden structure. This gives a beautiful view. But there is no sound insulation because of this. The rooms are designed in the same old style. We liked it. There is also a room that is used as a kitchen and a living room. It features satellite and internet-connected television. There is also an entrance arranged in the form of a terrace. Here it is possible to eat and sit and watch the garden. The house can accommodate 6 people. The garden is three sections. There are many varieties of fruit trees at the top, with a swing, hammock, slide and tables to drink tea. Safe and beautiful environment for children. Downstairs is a large hazelnut garden. The view is amazing. I highly recommend Mr. Hüsnü's house.
