We had a great time at Delfim and Zaza's place. We rented both houses (casa Azul and casa Verde) for 7 people and it was really ideal! We each had our own space, the house is very well equipped and the pool is really a plus! The accommodation is a little off-center from all the places of interest, so you absolutely need a car. But if you are looking for a quiet accommodation, this one is really exotic for vacationers. I would 100% recommend this listing, we will surely return there:)

We loved our stay with Jan. The house and garden are beautiful. A true oasis with lush vegetation, with a superb vegetable garden, where you can hear the birds singing in the morning. The friendly visit of the cat Odin was a plus in the living room. Jan was very friendly, discreet and pleasant. We recommend it without hesitation!

This was our first visit to Portugal and the Algarve and we wanted a really authentic experience. Our stay at Isabel's checked all the boxes and more. Isabel is wonderful and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and our stay.

"Menina Diana" House

The house is in the centre of the small town of Alte. Location is very central to walk around the village, go to the Fontes, supermarket, local restaurants. While we were there, a heatwave was going on, but when you enter the house, due to its authentic structure, it was very cool and a relief to get out of the heat. The kitchen is very equipped, you find everything you need (and more)! Only the cutlery was a bit of a quest, but they are in de drawer of the kitchen table! :-) The roof terrace was a very nice place to spend time, only when we were there the cover (that provided shade) was not there anymore due to a storm, so with the heatwave during daytime... the roof terrace was not really the place to be. But Luis told us he will fix this very soon! Luis is very friendly and helpful, a very nice host. We would have no doubts to come back and stay in the house again.
