The apartment has all the modern amenities you wish for and breathtaking views of the Signina mountain range to enjoy. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining and a stone fireplace. The 1 bedroom apartment with a sofabed in the lounge is suitable for 2 adults & 2 young children or 3 adults. There are spectacular views of the Alps (Churfirsten) from all windows. Located in Wasserburg, the holiday apartment Im Haus Kempkens has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The property on the 2nd floor consists of a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV. This accommodation features a private outdoor area including an open terrace and a balcony. The accommodation is a 5 min walk from the lake and a bus stop.

Our region offers ideal conditions for skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, biking and much more. The Wolzenalp/Krummenau ski resort is only 400 meters from the apartment. The Wolzenalp has plenty to offer in summer and winter. Various lifts take you to the ski slopes in winter. The chairlift gives you convenient access to our sports and recreation area – especially in summer. The popular hiking trail "Thurweg" runs right behind the chalet.

My accommodation (Fewo Lotte) is located in the old town of Meersburg, a stone's throw from the historic sights, facing a quiet, sunny side street, surrounded by very good restaurants, cafes, bars as well as museums and various shopping. Pets are welcome. Lake, boat and ferry are 10 minutes' walk away, bus stop in the immediate vicinity. Free parking at a nearby public parking lot
