The appartment is well placed in the center of Winterberg. Everything in a walkable distance, including supermarket, restaurants and bars. Easy check-in through a lockbox.

The apartment is simply sugar sweet - nicely decorated, high quality and well equipped. The special highlight is clearly the sauna! 🤩 You are very close to a downhill if you want to ski or well located for walks through nature. We'd love to come back! 😊

“A wonderful stay!” The place is decorated with so much attention to detail that you feel right at home. Everything was clean and extremely stylish. The bed was super comfortable, and Lena was warm and helpful. Small extras such as coffee or tea made the stay special. Quiet, yet well connected location – I will be happy to come back!

We had a very nice stay, the highlight is the terrace. There is even a small gate so the dog can run free there. There was nothing to complain about for us except for two things. Before booking, there was no somewhere to figure out that the dog costs €10 per night. Which is totally fine, but if it would have been nice before information. Secondly, the bed is not for longer stays for people who quickly have back problems. Nevertheless, we would recommend the apartment 100%.

Liebe Doris, I really couldn't get any better!!!! During my death with my mother in the nursing home, I was always very happy to come to your house. I really felt at home. I knew there were warm-hearted people in the house who you also happen to meet in the stairwell. Nevertheless, I had my necessary peace and privacy in my rooms with the beautiful view to relax for the next day. The large organic content of the food and the cleaning stuff has also contributed a lot to my feeling of familiarity. Often, it is "little things" to warm the soul. Thank you for everything. Really nice! Love it!

Something different way to stay and with a certain artistic flair. We only spent one night there and were very satisfied. Nothing was missing, there was enough space for everyone and everything was lovingly prepared. A very nice and communicative family.

If you want a peaceful getaway, this is the place for you. My daughter and I flew in from the USA for a concert and we both slept like babies. The location is in the middle of the old town with a safe and pretty setting. Parking, albeit a bit of a job with an suv, was readily available on the property. The apartment does get nice and warm when the radiators are set at your preferred setting, which for us during the onset of winter, was perfect. The only con I would think of is that we did not get a chance to walk around the little town. I 100% recommend this place for a small family looking for a safe and quiet location. I definitely will have this place on my shortlist of go-to’s.

Beautiful place, very clean and perfectly equipped. The week has gone by and we felt very comfortable. The free use of the wellness and fitness facilities at the hotel made the stay perfect! We will definitely be back 😊

Top modern, very clean apartment. two luxurious pools , awning and seating on the terrace. High-tech TV, fireplace. Kitchen is fully equipped. A parking space for the car is outside the front door. I'd love to come back to Heli.
