Just had a fabulous 3 night stay at Little Waves. The location was amazing, just five minutes walk to shops , restaurants, the harbour and beach . The accommodation was spotless , and far more spacious than we were expecting. The outside area was an added bonus - offering lots of privacy, perfect for enjoying a drink in the sunshine . Karen is a fantastic host , there was tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, bottles of water , boxes of breakfast cereal and lovely toiletries. All in all we had a fantastic time at Little Waves and did not want to leave .

As a local returning to visit family, this flat was absolutely perfect for my stay. Cramlington's finest, in my opinion. The property is spacious, offering easy access to the garden and dedicated parking. Its location is ideal—centrally located in Cramlington but still peaceful, making it a great base for exploring Northumberland or enjoying a quiet retreat away from the city. The beds are incredibly spacious and comfortable, with luxurious pillows that ensured a restful night's sleep. A thoughtful touch from the hosts was the provision of laundry tablets, which came in handy for washing clothes during our stay. They also supplied a high chair, which was very useful, along with some essential extras like spare light bulbs, additional kitchen towels, and cleaning supplies. We truly felt at home and will definitely return on our next visit.

Great flat in the centre of Jedburgh. Beautifully furnished and extremely high attention to detail. Everything had been thought of which made our stay very easy. And super comfortable bed. Good location within easy reach of shops, restaurants etc and free Canon St car park. Highly recommend

My partner and I had a great time staying at Debra’s place in Seaham! Exactly as described in the listing, the apartment was spotless and well presented, left us wanting for nothing. Debra was a great host, suggesting different local restaurants and points of interest. Ashoka Indian and The Lamp Room are both well worth a visit on the sea front. The property was perfect - well maintained and clean. It is also very well equipped and comfortable, and ideal for a family. Arun was a super responsive host. Situated on a quiet street off West Road, it is a perfectly located for public transporting easy access to the centre of Newcastle. Highly recommended.

we had a great couple of nights stay, daughter suffers with anxiety and austim, so it was nice and peaceful. time for me to just relax. weather was great so big bonus as got to sit in garden and chill

We stayed four nights in Mary's beautiful two bedroom house as part of a family visit to Stockton. The house was so wonderful, comfortable and well equipped, with high quality everything, in a quiet residential area. House has a private parking space and a great little garden that has a pergola with rain and sun protection to make it possible to sit out any time. Smart TVs for downtime, very comfortable beds and a very well designed bathroom and shower room. When I am back in Stockton to visit family again I will make a point of checking availability of Mary's house first before even looking at anything else. Plus Mary is a superb host to communicate with - thank you Mary!

Lovely stay here this week, so much so we have booked again for next week.

We enjoyed our stay in this property, it was decorated to a high standard and had a good amount of space for our needs. It had almost all the facilities we needed to celebrate Christmas (we needed to buy a few more trays for the oven but that was about it). One thing to be aware of that we missed when booking is that the bathroom is downstairs at the back of the house, behind the kitchen, which was a bit of a surprise as we didn't remember seeing that noted before booking, however didn't cause us too many issues during the visit. The only other thing to note is there were a few minor maintenance issues (missing/dead light bulbs for example) that should be fixed, however again this didn't cause any problems during the stay, just something that could be improved to fully bring out the potential of the space.

What a wonderful place to stay. The house is a lot bigger than it appears on the photos. There is a lovely fresh odour in the house. The kitchen is beautiful and has everything you need. The entire house is spotlessly clean. The bedrooms are so big. Beds are comfy, good pillows, the bedding is of good quality, beautifully smelling. Lots of sockets in all the rooms. In the front bedroom there is a desk/dressing table. I would say take a mirror with you because there aren't any in the bedrooms. There is a full length mirror on the landing though with a socket nearby. The shower is the best ever!!! Hot water near enough instant. Heaven!! The property is about 20 minutes walk to the City centre- plenty of busses if you dont fancy the walk. Thank you Stuart, we loved staying at your lovely townhouse and if we ever come back to Durham we would look to stay with you again.

Had a lovely few days here with my family. It's a beautiful quirky apartment in a lovely location. The host provided us with lots of information and recommendations regarding the local area. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We stayed in this lovely apartment for a long weekend celebrating with family who live locally. The apartment was perfect, great location, clean, and just want we needed. The hot tub was a complete win with our children. The courtyard is private and a real sun trap. We will be back.

Wonderful apartment close to Hadrian's wall, with all the amenities one needs after a long day's hike.

Leslie is an amazing host and responded really well to any q’s we had The flat is well furnished and very comfortable it has everything you need & has lots of added extras, beautiful toiletries, plenty of towels, tea/coffee etc and milk in the fridge We all enjoyed our stay and would return and recommend this flat. Thank you Lynn for a wonderful 4 days at your apartment. Bringing my mum and dad back to Sunderland after years away has been made so much nicer by having a perfect place to say. Communication has been excellent since the day I booked to the day you met us when we arrived. Seeing my parents smiles when we walked in told me I had made the right choice, you were so welcoming and the views from the living room are amazing, everything was fantastic and your advice on where to go for the football was perfect 👌🏻 Communication has been excellent and it was so good to meet you on our arrival, hopefully we will return in the near future as there are still many places to return to for more reminiscing.

Karen's place was just what we were looking for. Just a few minutes walk to the city centre. It was peaceful and quiet, very clean and fully equipped with tea, coffee and milk and also toiletries. The place was very comfortable and safe. We also had a parking space in the garage which was perfect. Karen was an amazing host, met us on the day of the check in and explained everything to us. She was very helpful and super nice 😊 All in all a very great stay, we definitely recommend and we will rebook when we visit Newcastle again ☺️

Fabulous flat, lovely location, quiet area, but with a few shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. If we were visiting the area would definitely stay here again.
