It feels light and spacious with plenty of natural sunlight from the windows on both sides of the building. An open plan layout bright sunny kitchen / lounge. A comfy sofa to relax & watch Internet Tv , Uk channels. Fully equipped kitchen for your produce from the local market, a nespresso coffee machine, water filter ( no need to buy bottled) . Master bedroom, king size bed (160cm wide) with en suite bathroom including a large walk-in shower. Second bedroom , a smaller room with a double bed (140cms wide) , the bathroom for this bedroom can be used as an en suite or closed off and used as a guest bathroom. Take a few things in a basket up to Roof terrace and enjoy breakfast in the sun , this is a shared roof with separate areas to provide some privacy, large sofas, dining table for four & Bbq.

It is located on San Cristóbal beach, one of the most emblematic beaches in Almuñécar. It is in a privileged location and is surrounded by restaurants and bars. In a few minutes' walk you will be in the pedestrian centre of the city, the historic area, the leisure and shopping area and 3 minutes' walk from the very lively nightlife. English TV channels.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is really super neat, clean and very nicely decorated. The furnishings are perfect, you don't miss anything and can also cook wonderfully, prepare breakfast, etc. Even the most important basic products, such as spices, oil, vinegar, welcome drinks are there. It's really comfortable and you feel right at home. The view made us rave every day. The view of the small yacht harbor is very exciting, you always have something to do. The area invites you to hike and walk. We walked almost everything and recommend an app with marked hiking trails, then you will find great viewpoints. The area is generally very nice, quiet and civilized, unlike in the surrounding cities. Various small and large beaches are nearby and in the harbor there is a small supermarket, which was also open on Sundays. Thanks for the great time and always friendly communication!

If you ever get an opportunity to rent one of Nila's apartments DO IT! They are quite exceptional, both in terms of quality and location. Everything is well designed and of very high quality. The Mediterranean views from the integrated garden and pool area are just magnificent. It's probably one of the best Airbnb experiences anywhere...certainly on the Costa Tropical which many consider to be far nicer than the Costa del Sol. One cannot praise this place enough. An extraordinary pleasant vacation/holiday is guaranteed. It is so much better than average Airbnb rentals that words fail! So, as I said at the beginning, if you get a chance to book this place, just do it.

A perfect 8 nights. The house was immaculate in every single way. Toni and Maria were perfect hosts and went totally above and beyond for us from the welcome basket and platter to the home cooked meal and the fab recommendations of local places to dine at. Highly recommend their house but don't all go as we want to return soon! 😉

The big plus of this apartment is the magnificent glass balcony overlooking the Mediterranean, the kitchen is well-equipped, kitchen background worthy of the name. Simple and comfortable apartment. Only one thing should be improved, the provision of quality bedding, the sheets have reached the end of their life.
