Here you live calm and peaceful ten minutes from Umeå. Own house (farmhouse) 40 square meters with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The house further consists of a nice living room with TV and super fast Wifi, 1 bedroom with two beds, also access to extra bed is available in the form of a nice sleeping mattress to put on the floor. Toilet with shower that also accommodates a combined washer and dryer. Comfortable full beds 80x200 cm and an extra bed box spring mattress 80x200 cm, with mattress topper.

Bus to and from the apartment departs throughout the day at 1-hour intervals, approx. 20 min travel (not weekends). The bus passes Umeå Airport and it takes 5 minutes to the apartment. A centrally located room with a private entrance and toilet. In the apartment there is a 140cm wide bed. A spacious closet, fridge, microwave and electric kettle. Walking distance into the city center, grocery stores, public transport and a stone's throw from the river and our amazing boardwalk that can lead to the city or nature and rapids. It is also walking distance to Bölesholmarna via Lundabron where there is access to the swimming area. Welcome!
