Vacation rentals in Alice Lake

Wildwood cabins was a lovely and private getaway. Reg was super responsive to all of our questions and has maintained a space that is a beautiful retreat. It’s perfectly dog-friendly (on leash) and within a short drive of everything you’d like to do on the weekend. A couple of notes: I’d recommend bringing your own ground coffee for the MOKA pot (what is provided runs out quick), and only a few groceries for breakfast/lunch due to the small fridge. Otherwise, you’ll have everything you need on site. Enjoy your island stay!

We really enjoyed our stay, the suite was immaculate! The gas fireplace was on a thermostat for immediate heat. The suite lacked nothing, exceptional place to stay. Price is very favourable, we will stay there again.

Stayed at this property for a week while we were having our floors redone. Great space, views, peaceful, convenient and wonderful hot tub. Even though we live in Port Moody in felt like a vacaction. Highly recommended and great value!

Great stay! The hosts were very welcoming, nice, and very helpful! Location was a little further from bigger grocery stores, but we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. Great neighbourhood for walks to the beach, and there was also a park nearby as well. Lovely stay with friends, the hot tub was also a nice touch. Spacious backyard, large rooms, and overall and wonderful, comfy stay.

We loved this Airbnb. Besides the convenient location and fabulous view, there were so many extras that made the place special – the gas fireplace in the living room and heat lamp on the patio were especially cozy touches, and the kitchen was better stocked than mine at home. The unit was incredibly spacious (as only two guests we never even went downstairs, but it would be perfect for a family with older kids to have their own space) and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful space in a perfect location with a short walk to the gondola or shuttle bus stop right across the street!

The place was absolutely beautiful, it looked just like the pictures. Milton and the cohosts were extremely responsive and friendly! We had an amazing stay.

Pat's place is awesome. We, a family of four - two adults and two kids (one is at teen age and another one is younger), spent a great long weekend there. Bright, cozy condo with great view from almost any window. It fits all of us, has a nice kitchen with everything you need for your stay. Heated pool with a hot tub, which we and kids enjoyed, just downstairs. The Bay is very good for paddle boarding. We did twice over our stay. If tide is low, you can reach a tiny island where you can find lots of purple and orange sea stars, crabs, and oysters. Ladysmith and Nanaimo suggest great dinner options. Nanaimo also has a nice walkable Marina merging into Maffeo Sutton park. If you like hikes, we tried Extension Ridge Trail hike near Nanaimo and can strongly recommend it to anyone. Malahat Tower is a fun place to visit, just one hour of driving from "Inn of the Sea" resort, we've been there, and were not disappointed. Will definitely stay again at Pat's place.

A lovely tranquil space with a large deck looking out to sea. Beautiful details, wooden finishing, and lots of character in the room. There were thoughtful details such as lots of towels, some tea bags and coffee. It was very peaceful and quiet and a short walk to the beach. Charlie was very responsive and is a warm and welcoming host.
