Our lovely little cottage is the perfect, relaxed, holiday getaway... With 2 comfortable air conditioned bedrooms, with attached bathrooms, and a divan bed in the living room, it is wonderful for a family with kids. It is only a 10 min. walk from the stunning Kashid beach, but you may find that you will actually spend more time just relaxing in the back garden or enjoying a good game of badminton :-). The wifi is around 50 mbps it works most of the time but we cannot guarantee it

Getting to this place was difficult despite the host’s 100% effort to help. It was made frustrating by Google Maps which led us astray. A proper call with the staff before getting there can totally get rid of this issue. Once we got there, we instantly forgot about the hassle. It’s a serene, beautiful location surrounded by greenery on all sides, truly in the nature’s lap. Built at the bank of a small river, the newly constructed villa is stunning and premium. The photos provided don’t do justice. The gorgeous garden has flowering plants, large trees, a lush lawn, and thoughtfully added nooks set up with garden furniture to hang out. We enjoyed the large swimming pool. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. There’s a lovely kitchen clubbed with dining area and a well-furnished living room. There’s also a useful gym. The staff was polite, warm, friendly and hardworking. Caretaker Dinesh eagerly handled every request. The kitchen ladies were as homely as the amazing food they cooked.

A beautiful house on the beach and a host who was very responsive. The pictures on the website do not do justice to the place. The only con is that the beach was disappointing. So while we enjoyed watching the sea from the house, going down to the beach was not really an option. Overall- a great birthday weekend with the family and a nice break from the lockdown. Definitely recommend the place for family weekend getaways

We, a group of 3 families with 4 kids of different sizes had great fun at this place. Rooms are really large with large beds in them. Bathrooms were clean and everything was functioning as they should. Pool was clean. Kids enjoyed a lot in the pool and the lawn. Food was great. We ate to out heart's content and ended up paying approx 1000/person for all meals throughout the day. If you have kids, especially small ones, don't go for the package.

It was great to stay at Manoj's place, even though it was for a short duration. It is well connected and the caretaker was very helpful and responsive. the house is in the village itself, and so has a nice rustic feel. Would be glad to go back sometime!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and surrounded by lush mango trees — we even got to enjoy some fresh mangoes which were absolutely delicious. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well-kept. The beach is nearby, and food delivery apps like Swiggy and Zomato were available, which made things very convenient. However, the highlight was definitely the food prepared by the caretaker — it was homely, fresh, and full of flavor. We requested them to cook for us, and they took care of everything. The owner was also incredibly supportive and helpful throughout our stay. This place truly felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be coming back again!
