I had a great stay! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, clean, cozy and well located, with a view of the sea from the bedroom! Fábio was attentive and communication was easy, he always responded quickly. I recommend and would be back for sure.

The apartment is a delight, it is compact, but at the same time with everything you need. The bathroom is ok in size, but there is a bump to access it, so it's important to pay attention if you have limited mobility. It had all the necessary utensils, a spacious fridge, a microwave that was a little high for short people. The building is very old and clashes with the inside of the apartment, but the neighbors and doormen are kind and polite. And the view is really beautiful!

The apartment is amazing, well decorated and renovated, private and quiet (we only hear the sound of the sea), the view was the best we've ever had. Very comfortable, with complete kitchen items, quality linens. Kind, available and pleasant hosts. They left us a treat, which was really nice. Access to the beach is via a small, fast trail, but it can be difficult for those with mobility issues. I recommend renting a car to better enjoy the region and nightlife. The building is old but that doesn't bother you at all, the apartment offers a structure inside that makes you forget any setbacks. I strongly recommend it.

The location of the apto is excellent!!! The landscape of the balcony is magnificent, the cleanliness is impeccable, the bath towels and bed linen were clean and smelling. In the kitchen I found all the items for my needs, the difference is that there is a sabone, bed and bath linen. The neighborhood is safe! The building is very organized and the team is very professional.

We were very pleased. We felt at home, so much so that my children wanted to live there. The apartment's infrastructure is good in every aspect, bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen, all very well equipped. We don't miss anything in a house, we prepare our meals and we are super comfortable and at ease. We will certainly return and have a good time. We thank you for sharing your space, which provided us with unforgettable moments. Both rooms overlook the beach and we are less than 2 minutes from Morro beach, perfect.

Very good our experience. The space is great and large, beautiful house very close to downtown Domingos Martins, but still in a quiet place. The host was very nice and helpful, very good communication. I highly recommend it.

The penthouse is exactly as shown in the listing photos. The kitchen is really complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric water cooler and a gallon of bottled water. Undoubtedly, to improve the refrigerator and freezer of properties I have already rented. The hostess, Maria, is a very polite and always helpful person. We were greeted with a set table and a lemon pie (I loved this delicacy). the bed linens and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We just got home and we're already planning to stay at the penthouse again.

we enjoyed our stay. Comfortable apt, everything working perfectly. I noticed that there was little covered and soon José was ready to arrange for us. Comfortable beds, great showers. It has a good amount of canisters, dishes and cutlery. the TV is very good and had channels by signature. the apt is very airy and has wonderful views. staff of the building are cordial and the José always responded to us promptly. near the building is the market, restaurant and bakery. Everything very close.

Rosane is very helpful and always responds super fast. The apartment has a lovely sea view on the balcony, including every day we see turtles at sea. Very clean, tidy and equipped. Air in the 3 bedrooms and the room that is not a suite, the bathroom is practically next to the door. 2 good parking spaces. Quick access to the two main beaches. It has a smooth slope, very quiet and quick to climb. New Building. Thank you Rosane and see you next time!

The apartment is very nice, the shower is excellent, the view is very beautiful, the fan, everything is great. I could make several comments but there is no space. In short, excellent.
