Waterfront vacation rentals in Alfredo Chaves

The apartment didn't seem to have been really cleaned, it seems that it was just a cloth and an organization of things, I don't believe the refrigerator was cleaned. The vase was smelling strong. There should be some cleaning supplies for us to do basic maintenance during the stay. The bedroom space is tight and there is no support near the beds. We had difficulty understanding the procedure for entering the building at night, but it was later clarified. We also had a lot of difficulty using the television, we arrived very tired and the channels were not working, we spent a lot of time searching the Internet to create an account and make the TV work. When I called the number provided for maintenance and was not answered either on the day or the next, even after notifying the real estate company, they did not contact me to find out about it. It has access for those who came from the beach and we were only informed by the virtual doorman on the last day. The daytime doorman is super rude, and doesn't even respond to greetings.

The apartment is great, very well located. It's perfect for those looking to spend pleasant days with easy access to the hillside beach. The host provided all the necessary instructions.

The apartment is amazing, well decorated and renovated, private and quiet (we only hear the sound of the sea), the view was the best we've ever had. Very comfortable, with complete kitchen items, quality linens. Kind, available and pleasant hosts. They left us a treat, which was really nice. Access to the beach is via a small, fast trail, but it can be difficult for those with mobility issues. I recommend renting a car to better enjoy the region and nightlife. The building is old but that doesn't bother you at all, the apartment offers a structure inside that makes you forget any setbacks. I strongly recommend it.

The house is wonderful! Extremely clean, all flawless! Amanda is a sweetheart has given us several tips and instructions! We will definitely be back. The laundry room and kitchen rooms are upstairs (there is a staircase to climb) and below is the pool by barbecue a bathroom and a shower. Down below is perfect ample bright and very cool! Amamos, only the psychina that is not heated, as it was not too hot yet the water is cold. I recommend ... all that was missing p to be perfect! Ah a tbem iron I missed. I didn't find it! To get the house started is in a beautiful and calm and rather reserved place. Vitor was very receptive and always willing to help as far as possible. Everything and much more we need was available in the house. Everyone in my family loved it and when the opportunity comes we'll be back. I just have to thank Vitor for everything in the 6 days we spent at his house.

It was a very good experience, from the beginning the hosts were extremely helpful, when we arrived at the house they were at the place to welcome us with all the affection, show us the house, answer our questions about the location and what they had to do. They left a little souvenir to welcome us and whenever we needed it very quickly. The house is exactly as described in the listing, very cozy, has all the utensils in the kitchen, the beach is beautiful and is very close to Castilians and anchieta. My family and I left there with the urge to always return! It was a very pleasant experience and I thank Glícia and Alex so much for welcoming us so well!

Excellent house, clean, well maintained, fully equipped kitchen, two refrigerators, new air-fryer, airy rooms, hostess always available, helpful and proactive. We were 7 adults and 4 children and the house was perfect. The house is in the block behind the waterfront with easy access to the beach and restaurants. I recommend it!

The penthouse is exactly as shown in the listing photos. The kitchen is really complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric water cooler and a gallon of bottled water. Undoubtedly, to improve the refrigerator and freezer of properties I have already rented. The hostess, Maria, is a very polite and always helpful person. We were greeted with a set table and a lemon pie (I loved this delicacy). the bed linens and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We just got home and we're already planning to stay at the penthouse again.

The highlight of my stay was the ease of communication with Elisa. All that I needed to talk to her was very quick and cordial. The apartment is in a super nice condominium, the pool is great and the access is easy. The region is very quiet and has wonderful beaches. It's a simple space, but fair to what it offers.

Very nice apartment, matches the photos and description. The kitchen is very well-equipped, it has everything we need. The apartment is facing the lake, with a pleasant view. I already knew the condominium, which is great, quiet. It is not far from the beach, by car it is 3 minutes, on foot should be a walk of about 10 minutes.

Rosane is very helpful and always responds super fast. The apartment has a lovely sea view on the balcony, including every day we see turtles at sea. Very clean, tidy and equipped. Air in the 3 bedrooms and the room that is not a suite, the bathroom is practically next to the door. 2 good parking spaces. Quick access to the two main beaches.
