A perfect stay. Amazing villa for which the pictures don’t do justice. It’s huge with a great pool and lots of games/amenities to keep you and the family entertained and well cared for. Mahmoud is super responsive, helpful and can provide everything you need including cleaner, cook, transportation, excursions, restaurant/sightseeing recommendations all at exceptional prices. He even spent one hour negotiating at a hair salon (for the missus and daughters) to ensure that I, as a non Egyptian, was not overpaying. I’ve stayed at hundreds of Airbnbs as I travel a lot (including a lot in dubai) and I can honestly say that Mahmoud was the most genuine, sincere and kind host I have met to date. Thank you Mahmoud!

I had an incredible stay at Tarek’s home in San Stefano, Alexandria! The apartment offers stunning views of the city and the sea — truly breathtaking. Every room was spotlessly clean, with fresh sheets and cozy covers, making it super comfortable. The lounge room is spacious and perfect for relaxing, with a wide variety of TV channels to choose from. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and every single thing in the unit works perfectly. Security is excellent, giving total peace of mind. Booking an Uber was effortless since the location is very well known. You can easily access the mosque by taking the lift to LG, and the San Stefano Mall and food court are just steps away. Being right next to the beautiful Corniche also means you can enjoy serene early morning walks along the sea. This is truly a place where you can't go wrong — it’s comfortable, convenient, and impressive in every way. Thank you, Tarek, for being a wonderful host!

MO’s villa is one of the best in the location. it has everything anyone would need to have a great time. I really appreciate his hospitality and his quick responsiveness. He is very helpful and always available. Thank you for a great experience. I would highly recommend.

Avec ma femme, nous avons bien apprécié le séjour chez Hadi un market était à proximité, ainsi qu’un coiffeur, et le 101grill qui était très bon. Pas besoin de prendre la route durant votre séjour tout est à proximité.

Karim is a gracious host, super helpful, friendly and courteous. Not once he wasn’t there to provide assistance or extend support and or guidance. He is on top of his game and is a proactive person. The villa is in a good shape that can accommodate big families with kids n pets, more TLC around the furniture and linen is needed, yet it has everything that you need to get started. The landscape, garden, outside sitting area is extremely well maintained and amazing spot to spend the afternoon/evening. The resort is chilled and has couple of super market, grocery, couple of cafes, community center, pharmacy, bakary, Abu Samra for foul and taamia (they don’t start operation before 9:00am a bit late for the early risers) There is a nice seafood restaurant called Olvera of about 10min drive from the resort, for dine in(a reservation is a must) or takeaway (basically you call and place your order then go pick it you - as they do not deliver) Overall, comfortable stay at nice place with warm hospitality from Karim - thank you!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logements . L’hôte était disponible avant qu’on le réserve pour répondre à toute nos demande concernant le lieux . Les activité à proximité etc . Réponse en quelques minutes et toujours disponible. L’hôte a était flexible sur les heures d’arrivée et nous à donné des instructions claire et précis pour trouver le logements . Calme et paisible comme sur les photos nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et du domaine dans son entièreté ! Nous avons quelques demande à l’arrive et l’hôte y a de suite remédier en nous envoyant quelqu’un sur place . Nous avons eu besoin d’informations et d’adresse au alentours de la maison et comme d’habitude l’hôte a sur nous aidez en quelqu’es minutes . La cuisine et très bien équipée et le logement était propre dans l’ensemble . L’hôte a était très souple et indulgent envers nous . Nous recommandons ce logements et nous le gardons dans la liste de ceux où nous reviendront sûrement si l’occasion ce présente

The place is really nice and the host is very helpful and responsive. We reached out a few times to the host for assistance or with questions and Dina was very responsive and helpful. The hosts also provided us with a great pdf guidebook about the villa and the area. Pros: spacious and clean modern villa, private bathrooms in each bedroom, nice backyard, nothing major was broken or old Cons: not every bathroom had hot water (yet) nor every bedroom has heated AC (yet). Hard to find Uber in the area, better to have a car with you. Not walkable area I spoke with hosts and they said they will add those in the near future. If it is a very cold day, it might cause some inconvenience

Nancy is a fabulous host. She is welcoming and had a little supply pack for me on arrival. The flat is very generous in size and has a well equipped kitchen. There is a fruit store and a supermarket within a few steps. When I checked out Nancy gave me a little reminder of Alexandria. I would highly recommend this apartment.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The place was incredibly clean and modern, with everything in perfect condition. We especially enjoyed the pool, which was a great addition to our relaxing stay. The neighborhood was quiet, making it the perfect getaway. Our host, Jayda, was a wonderful person and very cooperative, making our stay even more enjoyable. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the place. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

The apartment is very nice and clean, fully furnished, the balcony has wonderful, you can find nearby shops and restaurants everywhere, also transportation is easy in this location. Owner “Moustafa” is very helpful, and cooperative. I definetely recommend this trustful place. I will back soon

The place looks exactly like the photos—clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Alexandria. The location is super convenient, right in the city center, and the working desk was a perfect touch for someone like me who works while traveling. What truly stood out was the host, Sherif. His hospitality was exceptional. He kindly helped arrange my airport transfer, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. On top of that, he provided thoughtful touches like snacks, tea, and even a souvenir, which made the stay feel warm and personal. 100% recommended!

Omnia is really warm, friendly, and very responsive. And her apartment was perfect for my week in Alexandria. As central as it gets, everything is walkable, and since it's 5 floors high, most of the city noise gets drowned out with ear plugs, which meant I had great sleeps in a comfortable bed. Mohammed Ahmed restaurant is right next door for legendary Egyptian food. What a bonus. The space itself is flawlessly clean, well planned out, and had everything I needed, including a washing machine (!) I honestly can't recommend Omnia and her apartment highly enough. This feels like the true spirit of Airbnb. If you're in Alex, a must-stay for sure.

Wenn wir 10 Sterne geben könnten würden wir dies tun. Eine richtig tolle Airbnb Erfahrung. Achmed ist äußerst professionell, jederzeit gut erreichbar, proaktiv und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir konnten sogar früher in die Unterkunft und auch länger bleiben. Es sind nur 2 Minuten Fußweg zum wunderschönen Strand. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man benötigt und ist zudem sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Dekoration, die der Wohnung einen persönlichen Charakter verleiht. Das Internet ist hervorragend, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet und das Bett ist total bequem. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung jederzeit weiter auch für Langzeitaufenthalte. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
