Lovely apartment literally right on the beach, I was able to fall asleep listening to the waves crashing on the sand, that alone was worth the price! Host was very flexible and kind, offering me a good price for a 2 week stay. Only negative experience I had was the lack of a proper bathroom (it's a traditional shower where you stand on the floor next to the toilet to shower) and the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift - if you are disabled or have young children access will be difficult. Great apartment once you're inside, spacious, quiet and very well equipped with everything you would need for an enjoyable stay - would recommend 👍

We had a fantastic stay at Dimitris' place! The apartment is beautiful, super clean, and perfectly located in the charming Upper Town – a real highlight of Thessaloniki. Dimitris was a great host, very friendly and always ready with the best local tips for restaurants and sights. We loved the neighborhood, the food, and the atmosphere – everything was just perfect. Impeccable hospitality and communication with the host. Detailed instructions for using the house and all the accessories. The house in great condition from all points of view. Very comfortable beds, sofas, bathroom, and incredible cleanliness. So I go to Thessaloniki I don't play to go to stay anywhere other than Ria!

Marianna's place felt like home. Me and my family were looking through reviews, and after our stay we can guarantee it is way better in person. Marianna was always available, great communication. Staying at Marianna's felt like being home. There is a parking garage in the building. We got a card, which allowed us to go in and out of the garage when we wanted. In walking distance, right across the main street, there are tons of restaurants with great food. 100% recommended. We will definitely stay here again.

Aris and her mom were very welcoming and reassuring, throughout our stay, they were available for us, and they advised us various activities and restaurants and shops. Thanks to them, we didn't need a Michelin guide! This was very appreciated, knowing that we didn't know the country or the area at all. I recommend, we really lacked nothing, and the house is beautiful both outdoor and indoor, I appreciated the style and architecture of it.

An exceptional host. The place is great for several families. Jürgen and his family are wonderful people. The house has everything you need from utensils in the kitchen to all the necessary appliances. Every room has air conditioning, it is very clean. Sahara beach is 5 minutes away by car, but Jürgen recommended us a smaller local beach that is exceptional and not crowded... All in all, the place is for every recommendation... 17 of us stayed in the house (10 adults and 7 children) and we didn't miss anything... And another important thing for this part of Greece, the water pressure is exceptional...

Good location in a city center, direct bus from airport, with a lot of breakfast/coffee shops nearby Clean brand new apts, with 1.5 bathrooms which is important for 3 persons. Hot water and air all the time, with no issues. Really appreciate an Earlier check which saved a plenty of time for me, thank you! Recommend

Aleksandar, the host, was extremely helpful and offered himself to wait for us for late check in. The location is great if you are crossing boarders to Greece. We also appreciate this place was dog friendly. Overall great experience and we wish to stayed one more night.

We had a wonderful time in this spotless clean apartment. It is perfect for families, spacious, with all necessities, and free parking for two cars onsite. Location is ideal - 2-minutes walking distance to the beach street with all the bars and taverns. Very friendly and responsive host. We will definitely come again.
