House well equipped and close to the beach All according to listing descriptions. Pool shared with other apartments on the same lot, but it was super quiet for the kids to enjoy the pool at the end of the day. The condominium is quiet and has restaurants, vendinha, bakery, mini pharmacy... We were very pleased and intend to return. The only criticism, for improvement purposes, is that when we got home it had an unpleasant odor. I think due to it being closed and there was a return of sewage odor. But when you ventilated the house and put disinfectant in the drains, the bad smell is gone.

My family and I like more of the house, very well assembled and organized, the structure of the condominium, the feeling of security and the best, a few meters from the beach. The condominium is 16km from downtown Prado and 15km from Alcobaça, I suggest going by car, as there is a lot of good beach nearby, but you have to have a car, however if you want to stay just there, you will definitely enjoy the beach and you will rest a lot. The host is also top, super attentive, gave us tips from the region and always responded when I needed to clarify any questions, congratulations.

Henrique was very attentive and responsive to us! We stayed here for 4 days and it was wonderful for New Year's Eve. People here very polite, clean place and everything is available here! It fits the 5 people quiet and everything is very well organized! The place is quiet and quiet. Very nice condominium and the photos are identical to the place. It was an excellent stay! Although the pool is shared with the residents/visitors of two other houses, this did not cause us any discomfort or lack of privacy, we were well served and Neander is a person of easy communication and very kind!

The house is really as described in the publication and photos. Excellent. In addition to being quite spacious, the leisure area is away from the rooms, allowing you to enjoy and rest. The property is very close to the beach and a kiosk. The condominium has a convenience store that serves in the basics; otherwise, you need to go to the supermarket, which is 15 minutes away. Hosts are super helpful and quick to respond to us. The house is very cozy, super clean and organized. All complete. Super nice and comfortable. The only caveat is the area in common with the other houses. One of them was with guests who put loud music and lyrics that did not suit my family that had children. The house is wonderful, super spacious and with an almost private beach. The kitchen is super equipped and you can see the care with every little thing, even in the decor. Heloísa and Bruno are also wonderful hosts, super helpful and trying to do the best all the time for guests. I recommend anyone who wants to spend quiet and invigorating days in a beautiful place!

Silvany's place is awesome! The days that my family and I spent in Guaratiba/BA were special. The house was impeccably clean, with comfortable rooms, all equipped with a suite and air-conditioning. The beds were very cozy, and the kitchen had all the utensils needed to prepare meals. The living area was a highlight, with a beautiful wooden table, sink, barbecue and an excellent swimming pool. Silvany was an exceptional host, always available to answer our questions and provide all the necessary information about the condominium. We definitely intend to return and recommend the stay to everyone on Airbnb.

the stay was excellent, the host very requested and kind. the house is exactly as announced, the kitchen is simple but enough for a good stay, I love that the house is close to the beach , you can walk in the morning and contemplate the sea at the end of the day.
