Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Alaçatı

The location of the house is brilliant. We really enjoyed it. The sunrise is breathtakingly beautiful. A short walk and you are in the small simple village. We loved it. The terrace is a dream and you just go out of the garden gate and into the sea. Wonderful. From my point of view, the house is more suitable for a couple and not for several people. Simple but wonderful. We can really recommend this beautiful place 100 percent. The communication with the travel agency team was also great, although that was not necessary at all, there were no problems. Really gorgeous. We loved it!

We stayed with pleasure and peace of mind. Mr. Nurullah quickly turned around and came up with a solution when we needed it. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The surroundings are beautiful in nature, a pleasant house where you can take walks and watch the sunset and we love the ☺️ decoration that they are pet-friendly is a big plus, thank you very much for everything, we would love to stay again ☺️

I’ve had many airbnb stays…whether in & outside Turkey but this stay was out of this world. With my family, we spent a fantastic 7-day at the beautifully furnished, well-organized house and we couldnt have felt more at home. Victoria is hosting this beautiful house right at the seafront with her in-laws. Mr Osman and Mrs Semra are one of the kindest, most attentive and considerate people I’ve ever met. They’ve made our stay more memorable with their hospitality & engaging conversations. The place is very well-organized (in terms of amenities & furniture & utilities), has a breathtaking view overlooking the sea, a convenient beach. It is 8km away from the nearest town with shops & supermarkets. 30-40 km away from hotspots like Çeşme & Alaçatı. It has been a delight for us to stay at this place. We will most definitely be back. Special thanks to Osman & Semra for being the most amazing hosts ever!

Mr. Hüseyin and his wife were so caring and kind that we felt in our own home, not guests. They took care of every detail with meticulousness. The house was both very tastefully furnished and spotless. We really enjoyed it very much with its comfort, peace and warmth. Every time we come to Alaçatı, we will not look for another place anymore. We would recommend it to everyone with peace of mind!

Our brother Uğur greeted us at the first entrance to the house. We are a very understanding and friendly brother. We felt like we came to our family friend's house with very warm and absolutely sharp rules like a host family, we thank him very much. After that, I will definitely spend the summer here, the house is immaculately clean, Mr. Uğur helped us with whatever we wanted. This was a perfect spot for our visit to Komi! The location is truly unmatched and the space itself is wonderful. The balcony and ocean views were extraordinary! So cheery and welcoming! We would stay here again when we return to Chios. Thank you, Antonis!

Markela was very friendly & responsive. Always helpful to provide us with anything needed. The house was 5-mins away from the car parking, making it easy to reach it by car. Definitely our top choice for our next trip to Volissos. Thank you for everything!

Accomodation for four in an apartment with two bed rooms, each with his bathroom and big common spaces (living room with kitchenette and huge terrace on the sea). Big, clean, well organized apartment, with fantastic view on the bay of Volissos, in a quiet area, close to beaches within walking distance for a morning swim. Anthigony, the perfect host: always reachable and present (she gave us her phone number and we could reach her any time for informations and suggestions), but with discretion. Like being at home. Should I be again in Volissos, I would choose the same accomodation for sure and suggest it to others. Thank you Anthigony!

Everything was perfect. Apartment has a beautiful view as seen on the pictures. Its not much of a problem but the building is always smells fuel oil.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. The host was very responsive and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

We spent 9 nights, six of us with a small child in the beautifully renovated and tastefully furnished house. We immediately felt at home. The house is a nice size, the three bedrooms are different sizes. A slightly smaller room, a normal size and a large one with its own bathroom. We were certainly one of the first guests, everything was new and what was missing was brought to us in a short time. For example, there was no barbecue, but a new one was brought to us shortly after we asked. The sauna was great fun, especially in the not-so-hot evenings. The pool isn't very big but it's enough. The communilation was great. We would definitely come again, thanks for the great time.

Villa was great, good location and fully fulfilled our expectations. Very responsive when asked to provide extra sun beds, couldn’t fault it.

We had a calm and peaceful few days as a family. The only unfortunate thing we experienced was the heavy winds on those days. Mr. Aacan and his family were very hospitable. Thank you.

It was a great experience. We stayed for 9 nights and couldn't get enough. The house is really a fairytale house. The location is great. Both away from the chaos of the city and you can reach Alaçatı and Ilica in 10 minutes. We had no trouble at all. We enjoyed the detached house. We'll be back next year. If possible, we will come every year. Mr. Kadir is an excellent host. We were in constant communication and she guided us very well. Great design of the house. Every detail has been considered. The only downside is that our baby is accustomed to the detached life, he does not want to stay at home, thank you 😄 very much Mr. Kadir

Place was very clean and close to the market. 10 minutes walking to Cesme Market. Mücahit was very friendly and Responsive! Everything was great. I’ll recommend this place for your Vacation stay!

We lived in a small group and we were absolutely comfortable! There is a lot of space in the house, there is a wonderful terrace in the garden overlooking the pool, where we spent all our evenings! Especially liked the grill, where you can cook great steaks! The pool is large, clean and well maintained. The house has everything you need for a long stay. There is a large supermarket nearby, 10 minutes walk, 25 minutes walk to the center of Alaçati. The area is quiet. Close to the beach too!

Melike is the one of the greatest host I have ever had. She is so polite and helpful. She always responses back immediately. If i visit Alacati again, I’d take this apartment for sure. Thanks Melike!
