I enjoyed my stay, even though I had a problem with a water leak in the toilet and a shower with a leak and no possibility of using it on the first day, but Marco was very responsive and very commercial during my stay, I recommend the accommodation because the owner is responsive to the customer's needs.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! It was clean, cozy, and felt just like home. The bed was very comfortable, and the whole space was well-prepared for guests. One thing we really appreciated was the complimentary snack, they were such a thoughtful touch and we absolutely loved them! There was also water, which was very convenient. The host really paid attention to the little details, and it made our stay extra special. Everything was easy, from check-in to check-out. We felt relaxed and comfortable the whole time. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and homey stay. We would love to come back again!

The place is strategically located in the heart of Makati. Its close to the central business district and the place was so peaceful and close to many places. MY overall stay here is magnificent. Will definitely go back and recommend to my friends.

This is a perfect place for rest and relaxation. The surrounding area is quiet and the transportation is very convenient. There is light mall downstairs and you can reach Shang Ri La and SM megamall within a walk. landlord is very friendly. She always responds very quickly 🌹🌻🌻

Our stay with Patrick's place was superb! It was very homey and minimalist. It was kid-friendly. There's a lot of restos to choose from and also near grocery store. Definitely, I will recommend Patrick's place to families and friends.

I had a great stay at William’s place! I really loved the location — it’s close to everything like malls, banks, and public transportation. The space itself feels very homey and comfortable. I booked the perfect place to surprise my girlfriend for her birthday. The rockwell view was gonna be another surprise for her but unfortunately, the building lights are out that day, lol.
