We had a great stay at this apartment! The location is perfect: just a short walk from some of the best beaches in Abu Dhabi, with a beautiful coastline full of cafes and restaurants. It's also close to the city center, which made getting around really convenient. The apartment itself is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, ideal for a big family or group. It's well-equipped with everything you might need, very clean, and has a cozy, comfortable vibe. The interior has a touch of elegance without feeling over the top, which we appreciated. The host was incredibly welcoming and always just a message away whenever we needed anything. It made the whole experience feel easy and relaxed. Would definitely recommend it to others visiting Abu Dhabi!

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment. It was spotless, stylish, and felt just like home. There were plenty of towels and all the amenities I could possibly need—everything was thoughtfully provided, including extra drinking water, which was a lovely touch. The space was well-equipped, comfortable, and very well maintained. What really made the stay exceptional was the host, Ahmed. He was incredibly kind, professional, and super responsive—always quick to reply and helpful with anything I needed. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his guests’ experience. The apartment was also in a great location: peaceful yet close to shops, restaurants, and transport. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely return. Amazing! Definitely, Azmeel is a super host. I felt like home. Azmeel helped me with everything, he was looking forward me and sent me some messages with all the information, plus he allow me entering before the check in time. The apartment is good, with all you can need. The área is a quiet área, 15 minutes far from the airport. Perfect to rest if you have and stopover or you want to visit the city but not beeing in the bustle of the city center. Dont hesitate and come

Had some small confusion getting into the parking so I recommend that future guests park in the outside carpark first, enter the apartment which is easy and then you will find the parking garage barrier cards on the kitchen table. Apart from that, it's a great and very clean apartment with fantastic views, good amenities nearby. Will probably book it for my own friends and family visitors again now that we have settled at our new home on Reem Island. In short, go ahead and experience this studio... we felt very comfortable and relaxed during our stay.

I stayed in an apartment on the 26th floor and was absolutely impressed by the breathtaking view of the bay — it’s even better in person than in the photos. The area is very quiet and cozy, making it ideal for relaxation. Despite the peaceful surroundings, everything you need is just a short walk away — shops, cafes, and public transport are all easily accessible. The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

The neighborhood was nice, the workers to the hotel were very nice and helpful, the room was nice. Loved the things to do.

The stay at Paul’s bnb was nothing short of wonderful. Paul’s onboarding and communication to the place was very smooth and clarified any issues I needed help in. An amazing host who is very cooperative and understanding, and would recommend him to any of his listings that he provides on the page. The only issue I have with the place, is parking but it’s a common issue around the neighborhood in general.

The apartment is good enough for two people and also kitchen is nice for cooking. The host is busy and can’t response fast enough. You can call him anyway if no response. The location is good and there is a nice seaside park just downstairs, also a supermarket. Overall it’s good.

First of all, I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to my dear brother Hassan for his hospitality and warm welcome. I felt at home and among my family and people. Hassan did not hesitate to help us with everything we needed and was in constant contact with me to see if there was anything missing or if I needed any help. He also hosted us at his house for coffee and frankly, the session with him was fun, friendly, kind and respectful. I was happy to get to know him and I was honored to meet him and I will definitely return to live in this place.

The area is beautifully developed and most of the attractions are withing 10 to 15 min drive. The flat was well equiped for the guests needs. Property was as described and the host was very responsive and flexible. It is a cosy place and good value fot money. We would recommend it.
