Internet Bredband - 1000 Mbit/s Only 30 minutes by car to Arlanda Airport. 5 minutes walk to the LIDL shop and or 10 min. to Vallentuna Centrum where several other shops are located. Roslagsbanan Vallentuna station is a 10-minute walk away. To the center of Stockholm by train about 40 min.

Ca 25 min bilresa till sommarstaden Norrtälje. Vid gratis poolen även en fin kafe, utegym, babypool, minigolf, boule banor, bastu och beach volleyboll. Allt i mycket bra skick och endast 2 min bort från huset. Diskmaskin och Wi-Fi finns. Barbecue, stora nya parasoller, kubb spel och crocket finns i förrådet.

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.

Huset ligger nära stan, universitetet, KTH, Karolinska, Kista, Solna, Sundbyberg, Täby, Lidingö. Ön är 3 km i omkrets, har 200 hushåll, 400 invånare. Roddbåt finns att låna för att ro övers sundet
