Dealing with Christof was excellent. We felt very comfortable. All in all very good location and nice apartment.

A breathtaking view from the living room window or terrace door, which is very large. Great air and very quiet area. But what impressed me even more was how clean it was. I have never experienced a hotel room or a vacation home that would be so clean. Here you can not only eat off the floor – you could perform surgery here, it's that clean. The couch in the living room is on a pedestal or something similar, which unfortunately you can't see in the photos. For me, that wasn't a problem, but for people with knee or hip problems, it certainly wouldn't be. Otherwise, absolutely recommended.

I moved in with my mom and girlfriend for a week. Since my daughter was celebrating her wedding at the monastery inn, we converted the apartment into a bakery. It was all there. I could have even left baking pans and baking paper at home. There's nothing missing. Thanks to the great kitchen, we were able to spoil all guests with the finest baked goods. Its location is also great, the monastery is within walking distance. Beautiful hikes in the area are possible. The bus connection to Herrsching or Tutzing is great. Thank you both 🥰

The apartment is very quiet in a residential area. On foot you can quickly reach the lake, shopping around the corner. Tiana and Basti are easily accessible and very quick to respond. An uncomplicated stay in a well-furnished apartment!

The fact that we quickly booked our 2nd stay after we got home from our 1st stay, says it all. Within that short time, Frank has made a few small upgrades that further added to the cozy, homey feeling. He provided quick responses ro our requests and offered local dining auggestions. We stayed longer this time and used the apt as our home base to explore Munich and the neighboring towns. In addition to Legoland, there are many quaint, off the beaten path attractions within driving diatance for our son. The electric car charging station practically at the doorstep was a lifesaver. At the end of the trip, our son asked when we could come back again. Now that the secret is out on this hidden gem, I hope there will be availability for us on our next visit!

It was as shown. A lot of smart-home features are installed in the apartment. We got along just fine. The dining table is huge, generous space. The bells of the numerous churches in the neighborhood are silent from 10 pm to 6 am. At first, I thought parking would be a problem. But it wasn't, and a free parking space was soon found. The stay was very satisfactory, as was the communication with the landlord.

Those looking for complete peace and relaxation are undoubtedly in good hands here. The apartment is located directly on the spa park; the city center with many cafes and restaurants can be easily reached in 10 minutes; everything you need for a stay is available. Very spacious apartment. . Washing machine was very handy and clothes drying rack big enough to hang a load of washing. Kitchen worked well to prepare our own dinner and breakfast. Bathroom was great - spacious and shower had good water pressure! We enjoyed the big dining table. Bedroom without window did not bother us. Instructions for check-in was very clear. We enjoyed our stay at Max’s apartment.

Andreas and his family entrusted us with their home for a few days for our vacation with the children. The house is better than it appears in the photos, very bright, quiet and easy to access. From the house we appreciated that it was very nice, spacious, with 2 bathrooms and above all very clean. Andreas made us find everything from sheets, towels to shower products, and soaps. He has always been very attentive to our requests, always responding within a few minutes. He has also always been very proactive by sending us very detailed directions that are easy to understand. We recommend Andreas for his kindness and availability and the house for his cleanliness and beauty Thank you for everything.

There were three of us there for a total of 5 nights and we felt very comfortable. The apartment is very clean and the old town is wonderfully within walking distance. By car, you can reach the Baggersee in 10 minutes! Would book the apartment again.

Verena's apartment is super nice and an ideal starting point for many activities. There are also many restaurants/beer gardens nearby and when you come back you feel at home and can relax. The garden is a dream with a child. Verena herself is very friendly and helpful and always responds quickly! We had a lovely stay at Katharina’s place. The apartment was conveniently located on the tram line so we were able to get downtown very quickly by tram/subway! It was also nice to be away from the hustle and bustle - the apartment was quiet and had a great balcony to enjoy the sunshine. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. We also appreciated having access to laundry! Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Fairly nice studio apartment, we booked for 4 adults, and were given the idea that it has separate rooms, it doesn't. Beside that, it all went well, the apartment is cosy and nice has everything you need for a short stay, including a well-equipped kitchen. The balcony is the crown jewel. I enjoyed it a lot. Wolfger is a great host. A man of culture and generosity. He loves to share his life experiences and create new ones with his guests. The apartment is within 7 minutes walk of Neuperlach Zentrum Ubahn, from where you can be in Central Munich within 15 minutes. The shopping centre at Neuperlach Zentrum has every shop you could expect, and there are plenty of places to eat if Wolfger can't tempt you with a homemade dish.

The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Great host and smooth check-in.

The stay was really great. Everything we needed was there. The location is very nice and you feel right there. There is a special plus for the hot tub, which can be heated with wood. That was a great treat. The location to Lake Ammersee is very good, you should definitely be traveling by car.

There are several apartments in the house. The balcony is shared with another apartment, the garden anyway. Since smoking is allowed on the balcony and in the garden, we left before moving in. The landlords were very friendly and understanding and proactively initiated the free cancellation with Airbnb in agreement with us. Otherwise a very nice area. We only saw the apartment briefly, as Michaela was still cleaning when we arrived.

We felt very comfortable and we always got a quick response if we had any questions. If we are nearby again and need accommodation, we will be happy to come back. Everything great :-)

Very quiet and lovely flat, fully equipped kitchen and close to the train station. We had a wonderful time and Werner was a wonderful host!

Robert welcomed us very warmly and kindly.It is very enjoyable to talk to him, and he can tell you a lot about the city. The room was very clean and I had a comfortable stay.The shower was a little difficult to use, but it wasn't a problem. Thank you for a wonderful space and experience:)

it is my pleasure to stay three nights at Monika's house where located in a quiet town and also easy to go to Messe. my room is pretty clean with a kitchen and garden. Monika and her husband are very nice people with good English. I will stay at their house again once I come to Munich.
