Noel’s stay is at the best location if you are planning to spend the time with your family it makes you feel like your own house.

The property is bang on a clean beach with no people around. Can hear the sound of the waves from the balcony. Balcony is sea facing, so serene to relax. Walk a little distance and one can see fishing boats bringing the catch of the day. The white sand beach is flat so children can play in the shallow water under supervision, and collect sea shells.

The drive from Chikamagluru to your house raised some doubt if we made right choice. Mainly because we underestimated the distance and terrain. But the moment we stepped into your premises all our doubts vanished. Your place is very beautiful and as described in the listing. Your dogs Max and Chikoo were an unexpected surprise. They really took the stress of our 11 day journey and set us up for the next leg of our trip. It was a great experience and the walks in the estate did me good. Had a chat with couple of workers and got my first briefing on coffee growing and plucking. I cannot but say that your hospitality and that of your wife was more like a family. I cannot thank you enough, the food was divine. Coffee was great. I write to you about that later. Please do not let TV’s come in there. All in all a great experience. this is a gem.. quiet..elegant and green.. enjoyed the little places and nooks..be it sitting in the garden ..in plunge pool .. perched on the bar table in the balcony.. sprawled on the couches .. or sitting quietly at the verandah.. is a place to relax ..rest ..and walk around and it's all green..and a short walk in one direction is a great place for typical Udupi breakfast..and a short walk the other way is Kaput and small eateries and bakeries and supermarkets.. thoroughly enjoyed our stay.. and Mallika always ready to help..and Manju( is a character) keeping everything working, clean and going..and if course Pratiksha always available and everready to help.

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn’t be better—right in front of a stunning beach. Waking up to the sound of waves was magical. The neighborhood was peaceful, offering the perfect escape from the chaos of daily life. Yet, it was close enough to everything I needed, with a few restaurants and local shops just a short distance away. However one would need their own transport to make it all accessible. The interiors of the property were spotlessly clean. The host clearly pays attention to detail, providing everything needed for a relaxing and hassle-free stay. If you’re looking for a tranquil beachfront retreat with top-notch cleanliness and comfort, this is the place to book. I can’t wait to come back!

The patio is 10 steps away from the beach. The place is exactly as described in the listing. There were minimalistic but thoughtful amenities provided to make the stay very comfortable. Our stay was made lovelier by Kamala (the caretaker/cook) and her family's undivided attention. They were caring but non-intrusive. We had all the meals in the premise itself. The beach itself provided for a lot of activities. The stray dogs were very aggressive, carrying a stick helped. Other than that, the neighbourhood is quiet but not deserted.
