We were very comfortable, the apartment is large, bright, well heated and equipped. The best, the terrace, the views and the distance to the beach. We have enjoyed our stay.

We spent a week, we arrived from Seville and allowed us to check in at 2:00 pm. The apartment was just as described in the listing. The hostess is very friendly at all times. The area is very quiet, a few meters from bars, restaurants and shops. Parking is easy to park in the area. It was a 100% hit.

The apartment is super well located in addition to nice and clean. Very good location if you want to enjoy the sea and a pleasant dinner and above all Angel is a very good host, flexible and very accessible.

Alejandro was very attentive and very quick to answer our questions. The location of the house is very good in a quiet area and close to the beach. The house is great with modern and tasteful decoration, and with all kinds of details and incredible cleanliness. For us it was perfect and totally recommended.

since the beginning communication with Inga and Juanjo was great. they recommended places to go and eat. the place was very clean and tidy. 8 minutes wall to the beach. Great restaurants such as El Carmen. super lovely fish. we have stayed like home. thanks guys for everything

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful apartment. The photos are very accurate, apart from a nice surprise that there are actually two bathrooms. The apartment is in a great location close to the beach, restaurants and a supermarket. It has good reliable WiFi, comfortable beds and was well equipped with everything we needed for a long stay. The balcony is the best part of the apartment with comfortable seating, sun all day, and beautiful views over the marina and the beach. It was a bonus there was also access to a tennis court. Overall, we had a great time in the apartment.

Sophie was an amazing host and went over and above. Flexible with checking times as our plans changed at short notice. The accommodation was clean with amenities provided. The ‘welcome’ booklet provided useful recommendations for days out and local restaurants. The property is front line to the coastal walkway and nature park. Absolutely great location. I would highly recommend the property and host.

Undoubtedly, if we come to Roquetas again, we will stay in Jesus' apartment: friendly and close treatment, and good advice in all aspects (restaurants, places of interest...). One of the things that surprised us was that the apartment is larger than the photos show, making the stay very cozy. In addition, it has to be added that the community pool is great... It should also be noted the ease of parking, as well as the good location that it has... We spent a few days very comfortable!!!

The place is as in the photo, clean, and Gaiva is super helpful. It is located in the gypsy neighbourhood which for us flamenco fans was a plus. It was quiet at night, there is airconditioning. The only point of improvement would be adding some safety to the stairs.

My husband and I spend 4 days on Javier’s place, it is very good, with parking, less than 100m from the beach, with lots of restaurants, supermarkets, shops and even automatic laundry facilities close. It’s on 2nd floor with a beautiful view of the pool, gardens and sea. Good bed (we didn’t used the sofa bed) and a kitchen with all you need if want to cook, you only has to bring your food. We enjoyed breakfast at the terrace every day, the WiFi is good and strong to stream your favorite shows and movies. The communication with him it’s very good and respond very fast.

We had an excellent week of family vacations; we were two adults, a teenager and our cat. It was the one that had the best time because the apartment is spacious and with a balcony that looked out to browse. The terras is very nice. We enjoy the proximity of the beaches as well as restaurants. We will definitely repeat.

The house was very clean and equipped, with comfortable beds where you can rest very well (very quiet area). The development is great, with an outdoor pool and another heated pool (which is on the same floor as the apartment), with alternatives for those traveling with children. The views are very nice. Another positive point is that pets are allowed. In addition, Marta was very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the location, since, although it is close to the city, as the town does not offer leisure alternatives, you need the car for everything.

We had a great time at Jesus' apartment, both he and his wife were super attentive. Everything was great!

Sergio was very attentive. The apartment is perfectly equipped, including a great barbecue for all asados lovers. The views are gorgeous with 3 pieces of terraces. Quite quiet area. I'll definitely be back.

Very nice stay! It is in a residential area so if you are looking to just do beach/pool this is the spot for it.

You are a good and friendly person, communication at all times ,it is a duplex not advised for families with children due to the theme of the staircase ,good location friendly people,pool not very busy more quiet compared to other places , the place is advised for people looking for the calm and peace of the place , at 00:00 you can't hear a fly.
