Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Agios Dimitrios

I stayed with my wife and two daughters for 3 days, we were as comfortable as if we were in our own home. There's a market on Saturdays, we shopped there. Very close to the subway, within walking distance. If you want to be close to both the center of Athens and the beaches, this place is very successful in terms of location.

The host was very nice and helpful. Although the location of the house is not in the center, you can get anywhere you want by public transportation.

Renovated apartment in excellent condition that perfectly matches what we were looking for to spend a night, 15 minutes' drive from the airport. Easy parking in front of the accommodation and several cafes a three-minute walk away. Kostas was a fantastic host who welcomed us very late at night despite the delay of our flight. He was always reachable and made sure we didn't miss anything. Thank you very much to him.

Communication was good (check-in was prompt, though needing to meet could complicate at times) - our case was fine! House was clean, spot on description-wise and offered all necessary amenities! Location is good - nothing special (that’s sth you already know when booking). The only small caveat might be a little bit of a smell (from not seeing much sun).

The place is beautiful inside and out! Amazing house and its location is very convenient! We will definitely prefer it in the future!

The house was clean and beautiful. It's exactly what you see in the photos although the photos don't make justice for what you experience when you see it up close. The host was being discrete,polite and helpful. All in all I had a great stay that I enjoyed a lot and would definitely recommend it!

Beautiful modern fully renovated apartment in the heart of the town. Walking distance from cafes, supermarkets, restaurants, shops and tram. Spacious and nice decorative rooms. Loved the bathroom. The owner very friendly and always responded when needed. Easy to check in/out. We felt like home. Will definitely come back again.

We choose Patricia’s place as it was situated close to our family and because of the great pics on AirBnB. Also the metro station (Dafni) was less than 10 minutes walk. ( If you are traveling from the airport on the Metro, follow signs for Blue line 3 and change at Syntagma to the red line, the cost of the ticket for the airport was 9 Euros and took 40 mins. From the station to the apartment you can pass through the local square with a few restaurants and a big supermarket, many local families meet. The apartment was modern and well equipped, with those little added extras It really felt like a private boutique hotel. Patricia meet us on check in and made sure we had everything we needed and kept in touch via message throughout our stay. Patrica is an experienced host and that really came through. We will definitely be returning and have already recommended the apartment to other family members, we can't wait to return !

Hi, We stayed at Stavros' apartment from May 23 to 27 and we will have a great memory of it. The accommodation is impeccable: very clean, perfectly equipped, tastefully decorated and ideally located. It is only a 10-minute walk to the beach and the bus stop for the airport, which is very convenient. Although we didn't get a chance to meet him in person, Stavros was extremely available throughout our stay. He made sure everything went smoothly to make us have a great trip, with remarkable attention and kindness. We recommend this accommodation without hesitation 100%, and will be happy to come back!

This is a beautiful apartment with awesome view of the sea. Very spacious living room and gorgeous balcony. The facilities are quite user friendly. We got everything we need for travel lodge. The location is close to the beach. Good place to talk a little walk. It's also a very nice neighborhood for quality dining and grocery shopping. Transportation is convenient. Take 10-15 minutes taxi drive to Akropoly and Piraeus habor. We would highly recommend this one!

This was a great little apartment in a good location in Athens. Very clean, bright, and the private courtyard was very nice. Kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. I definitely recommend staying here.
