On a hill overlooking the sea is this unique architect-designed cottage. The cabin itself consists of four boxes that are connected, which creates an exciting dynamic. The proximity to both the sea and mountains is something that gives you the opportunity to have many different experiences together. Here you can experience both one of Norway's most beautiful sandy beaches and lovely northern lights. Please note: There is a steep hill up to the cabin. If you drive up, you MUST have 4WD. You can park in the common parking lot and walk up to the cabin.

The roof is rented out to those who want sun from morning to evening. Here you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset, watch the Halten lighthouse flash in the distance, watch the Hurtigruten pass by or just enjoy the silence. Only visibility, no visibility. Plattings around the entire cottage and covered terrace. There is a separate “wine room” where you can enjoy the view, read, knit or listen to music from the CD collection or cassettes. The Jaquzzi can be used by appointment. Short distance to beach and shops. Great tour and fishing opportunities.

Short distance to Åfjord city center (10 min) starting point via Ferrata, pool and short walk down towards the sea. Perfect for excursion to Stokkøya and Linesøya. Lovely drive of about 45 minutes to Stokkøy. Stylish bathtub in bathroom with over 4 meters ceiling height with sea view from both bathtub and shower. In winter there are nice skiing opportunities in Austdalen (10 min drive) and Momyr(30 min drive).5 G internet.

The cabin is designed byapland architects and consists of two living rooms, three bedrooms, large loft and large outdoor area. The place is an excellent starting point for snorkeling/diving, Kayak/SUP, fishing, beach and boating, biking, hiking in beautiful coastal scenery or relaxing. 15 minutes walk along the beach is the village 2.0 with workspaces for rent and award-winning Stokkøy bakery.

Welcome to the quiet surroundings in a newer cabin with all the amenities you are used to at home. This is a peaceful place where the vast majority of people find peace immediately. The cabin is located just a stone's throw away from the lake, with walking distance to the marina and swimming/fishing opportunities. Many nice hiking opportunities in the nearby area, both in summer and winter. Large, beautiful outdoor areas and fantastic location by the sea.

The house belongs to a small farm with a barn, storage shed and barn in the yard. It has been recently renovated, is located in scenic surroundings with sea view and has a cozy outdoor area with garden. The area can offer many marked trails and mountain hikes. It is 3 km to Bessaker which has the nearest grocery store, eatery and bar. There you can also visit the popular Vettantrappa.
