An excellent place to stay in, very near the beautiful sea and with restaurants close by. Perfect for relaxing !

We absolutely loved our stay at Theodoulos’ apartment! We spent a couple nights over Easter here, and it was so nice having everything within walking distance while also having a place that felt removed and peaceful. The apartment was so comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked (we made a pot of chicken soup one night, and had no trouble with the provided dishes and utensils), but the true gem is the lovely terrace overlooking all of Argostoli. When we weren’t off exploring, we spent most of our time out on the terrace reading and relaxing - it was hard to leave that view!

Περάσαμε πολύ όμορφα στο σπίτι της Βασιλικής! Ο χώρος ήταν ακόμα ομορφότερος από τις φωτογραφίες. πολύ άνετο σπίτι με πανέμορφη αυλη. Το μονοπατι μπροστά στη θάλασσα ήταν μια υπέροχη εκπληξη! Η Βασιλική είναι πολύ όμορφος, ζεστός και διακριτικός άνθρωπος. Είναι δεδομένο ότι θα ξανάρθουμε με την πρώτη ευκαιρία!

Die Lage ist ein Traum! Die Terrasse, die rings um die Wohnung führt, erlaubt einem immer einen Wind geschützten Platz zu finden. Das Restaurant unter der Wohnung hatte bereits für die Saison geschlossen - daher war es sehr ruhig, das nächste Lokal aber etwas entfernt. Es gibt 8 sehr bequeme Betten, allerdings nur 4 Stühle in der Küche und ein Sofa für 2 Personen im Wohnzimmer. Wer Morgens direkt ins Wasser springen möchte, ist hier genau richtig und bekommt viele Fische zu Gesicht! Schuhe wegen der Seeigel aber nicht vergessen!

Ήταν καινούριο, όμορφα διακοσμημενο και είχε όλες τις παροχές. Η συνεννόηση με την ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν άψογη. Θα ξαναπήγαινα σίγουρα!

Ho soggiornato 2 settimane, è una casa incantevole, con ogni confort, e tante anche inaspettate! È un alloggio accogliente , sembra davvero di essere a casa propria. La parte esterna è, secondo me, il cuore di tutto l'appartamento: ampio, comodo, con un divanetto , sedie e tavolini da esterno ed un divano che all occorrenza è un vero e proprio letto....la sera, solitamente ventilata è il posto ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro per le spiagge della splendida Cefalonia. La casa è situata in un posto strategico della piccola Poros, tutto è a portata di mano, dalle spiagge, ai ristorantini, al centro.È un posto che mi è piaciuto davvero tanto! Vana è un host gentile, premurosa e presente, pronta a soddisfare e a risolvere nell' immediato qualsiasi dubbio o richiesta. Lo consiglierei a chiunque volesse trascorrere le vacanze in un ambiente al top!

Sehr schöne Pool Anlage, ca. 3km von Agios Nikitas. Sehr gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Villa mit allen Ausstattungen, die es braucht. Sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfreich!

Το σπίτι είναι καθαρό και όπως ακριβώς φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. ΟΙ οικοδεσπότες είναι πολύ ευγενικοί και πρόθυμοι να ανταποκριθούν σε ο,τι τους ζητηθεί. Είχαμε μια καλή διαμονή.

Εξαιρετικός χώρος, φιλόξενοι οικοδεσπότες, υπέροχο περιβάλλον. Θα είναι η πρώτη μας επιλογή στην επόμενη επίσκεψη μας στην περιοχή.

Una casa moderna y agradable. El aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente, nos dejó café para desayunar y agua fría en la nevera. Quizá un poco caro en temporada alta. Muchas gracias.

I absolutely loved my stay here - it was everything we could have wanted and more! The apartment itself was beautiful, super clean and had great facilities. The location was perfect with everything within walking distance. Erasmia was a fabulous host and was super helpful with any questions or requests we had.

If there was an Airbnb award for super hosts Konstantinos and his wife would win it multiple times. Their place is amazing, super clean and feels very much at home. One of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed in ever! They were very helpful throughout our stay and we look forward to coming back.

Gerasimos is the epitome of Greek hospitality! The country is beautiful, Kefalonia is breathtaking, I loved Argostoli, but it's people like Gerasimos that make me want to come back to Greece again and again! Warm, friendly, attentive, he will help you with anything and everything - don't hesitate to reach out. He found me an automatic car at the last moment, and one way, I left it at the opposite side of the island, no less! Thank you so much, Gerasimos, I will stay with you again, and I hope, soon. And yes, the apartment is equipped with absolutely everything your need - coffee, cream, biscuits to start your day, oil and vinegar, towels, everything is super clean. Don't hesitate to book this place! What an amazing start to a vacation it has been for me :)

Η διαμονή ήταν υπέροχη. Πολύ καθαρό και βολικό σπίτι, με όλες τις ανέσεις. Πολύ ήσυχο και ασφαλές, δεν φοβάσαι, παρότι είναι υπερυψωμένο ισόγειο. Κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης. Πήγαμε άνοιξη και ήταν εντάξει από θερμοκρασία. Θα ξαναέμενα!

Beautiful accommodations. Has everything you would need to be comfortable for your stay. Super cute little villa and it’s shrouded in Bougainvilla so the smell is glorious. It’s rural ish so you’d want a car if you were staying but it’s lovely and spacious.

Joy and the team were an absolute delight to deal with and the Villa was always spotlessly clean. The breakfast as others have put was amazing, nothing felt like too much trouble and all the recommendations we were given were spot on. We had a fantastic week there and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Absolutely faultless experience ! We've been very lucky with the hosts that we have met and Stavros was one of the best. Supremely communicative in advance, and extremely very warm and friendly on arrival. The apartment is perfect, and exactly as described, if not better. Stavros was kind enough to recommend some great local restaurants and even offered to take us to the local supermarket before our car arrived for which we were very grateful. Stavros's welcome combined with the beautiful apartment and lovely pool made us wish we could have stayed longer and if we get the chance we will come back. If it was possible to give more that five stars we would - thanks Stavros !
