The apartment is very, nice, cozy and stylish, equipped with everything necessary. Alessandro was very kind and responsive, give us very useful information and advices about the area. We had complimentary coffee and fruits. Our family was vary happy with our stay

My family and I had a great stay! Stefano arranged our transfers to Capri and arranged luggage pick up for when we checked out. This made everything super smooth and started our trip off right. Location is great - right next to the taxis and bus and right off the main piazza!

Cozy and clean Warm recommendation

This apartment was really great, good location, beach is close by and a number of restaurants and places to drink coffee nearby or in walking distance. City of Rab is 30min away on foot, or you can take a taxi boat. Apartment was clean, had everything we needed, nice balcony. The only minor bad thing is that some kitchem supplies were missing but we managed. Zdenka and her daughter helped us with anything we needed during the stay. Recommended!

We had a wonderful stay with our whole family of nine people. The facility is great with lots of space! Well appointed, comfortable firm beds, fully stocked kitchen! Dario, the host, is amazing! Dario gave us a map of the city, showed us how to use public transit, recommended places to eat, and other local insights. He was available and very responsive for questions. The location is great! Only a short walk to the metro station and multiple bus stops close by. An even shorter walk to a mall with a full supermarket, a drug store, and a food court. There is a tasty Greek restaurant a couple doors down that we enjoyed multiple nights! Overall, I would highly recommend this place for your visit to Rome!

Amazing stay, we regretted staying so little time… Alex and his team are helpful, pleasant and caring people, the accommodation is just sublime, a small haven of peace, everything is available to make the most of this unique place (towels, mattresses, sun loungers...) our room was clean and secluded. We would recommend this listing 1000%.

Besmir is a great host. Always responsive. Easy going, great communication. He helped me carry 3 extra large baggage, plus one 1 big luggage, carry on personal carry and few extra bags to his apartment and when I left he also help me to move to my new rental. I could not do it alone. Great guy. Always offering to help with anything. The apartment is in pristine condition. Many restaurants, groceries, 24 hour Market, exchange places at walking distance. I am very happy with Besmir’s willing spirit and great mood. I recommend 😊

Dario is a great host. He welcomed us in person and showed us around with quick instructions to the apartment. The fridge contained a welcoming package which was lovely and so unexpected. He also sent us a lot of information to guide us around the area and the region. Whenever we had a question he answered immediately and was always available. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this accommodation for your stay in the Split region. For us it was quite convenient that it was not directly in the city but a bit outside since we had our own car. The area where the house is located is not touristy but in close proximity to supermarkets and a shopping center. If you are looking for a comfortable apartment with all the extras and caring hosts you are right ar this place.

Can't express the level of service provided by Aurel during my 3 month stay in Albania. He was always responsive, willing to help and there for anything I needed. His properties are well maintained, clean and in great locations. Be sure to lean on him for local recommendations! I won't even look for another apartment when i return to Albania, I will be contacting Aurel directly.

The apartment was really comfortable, and our host was super friendly. They shared a fantastic list of restaurant recommendations that we absolutely loved. We would definitely stay here again!

Amer’s place is incredibly spacious and clean. It may be hard to access for those with big luggages or of a certain age, but everything worked out well for us. It is fully equipped and comfortable. Amer is incredibly helpful too

A very modern apartment with good facilities and a lift. Comfortable beds, good linen and neat decor. Three TV’s (for those who want to watch in bed). Short walk from the centre of B.L. and parking. Cleaner came and new towels/linen during our 12 day stay. Aleksandar very responsive to requests. Only cons - if there was 4 of you showering at the same time, hot water would probably run out after two people. Also, it would be nice to have a toaster (but to be fair, we didn’t ask for one).

Nice bed and room, easily work to downtown area

Stayed for two nights at this apartment, everything was fine. Beach is very close, Budva old town is in 25-30 minutes walk. Inside, apartment has everything necessary for life, also there is great cosy balcony. This apartment is definitely good for vacation

good place to stay in Tirana

The apartment was spacious, bright and incredibly clean, with a very well stocked kitchen. We found cooking super easy due to the great pots and pans supplied. The apartment is about a 20 minute walk into the city centre and has great bus connections to local beaches. It’s also next to a lovely bakery which is open 24/7. Martina and Karman were incredibly friendly and responsive to messages. Check in was flexible and they let us check in 2 hours early. The only slight issue is that the apartment is next to a busy road and so the bedrooms can be a little noisy, but not to the point where it is a real problem. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

The apartment is located in a nice and quiet area. We were warmly welcomed by Predrag parents and a cat family. Great beaches and restaurants are located nearby but a car is really necessary. We enjoyed the great view over the ocean from the flat. The communication with Predrag was always very fast.
