Vacation rentals with a patio in Adriatic Sea

The apartment was ideal for our short stay. It is very well located (10 minutes walk from the old town), with a balcony which is worth experiencing! The view is amazing. Also, you can walk directly to the beach and have a super market super near (100 meters). Ana was a great host, always responsive, flexible and open to give us recommendations. If we come back to Hvar, we would definitely stay here again.

This place is in the perfect location. It’s clean and spacious and perfect for a getaway. There are plenty of blankets and towels which is also amazing. Would highly recommend !

Pržno is a small and clean tourist resort. The apartman is clean and very nice, everything worked except for hot water, which sometimes didn't go. Delightful views, clean, and well-equipped with everything you need. Milena is very kind, she was available to us every day. In August, the beaches were crowded, sun loungers on the beach 30€ / day, there is nothing but restaurants and groceries in Pržne. The bus to Budva runs every 15min. Walking 5 minutes from Przno you can reach great and better beaches all the way to Sv. Štefan 20 min walk with very nice sidewalks in the shade. We went to these beaches 2 times a day as well. In my opinion, the stay is suitable for those who want to take advantage of the sea, for families with children, to relax. We were with children and grandparents alike, we are happy.

It was a great place, especially the balcony with amazing view! Checkin was easy, and had quick help with all questions. Thanks for having us!

Vincenzo is a great host who was very accommodating when I needed help. The apartment makes a clean, new impression. Especially the fly screens are good and important. The pool is a nice size and for the children there is even a smaller one. The location is quiet and I would come back any time.

She is a sweetheart, I had problems with transportation and arrived very late but there she was waiting for me to greet me in person, give me a tour of the place and offer me something to eat and drink, it really was a very pleasant and warm experience, I felt that they treated me the same way a grandmother pampers her grandchildren

Gorgeous brand new unit on the ground floor. It was a close walk to the bus station without any stairs, which was a nice change from all the other locations I've stayed recently! This is about a 10 min walk away from the old walled town of Kotor, so just keep that in mind. But I knew this before booking and purposely wanted something a little quieter and without stairs. I would definitely stay here again.

Thanks for that and of course for the herb brew! See you again ☀️ If you want to experience a quiet holiday, with lots of nature and of course the sea at your doorstep, this is the place to be. A tip from me: If you can take a bike, I recommend doing it. There are many small paths by the sea to get to know the whole island. We also took care of the ways to the localities or to shopping.

We stayed for 2 months at Endri's place. This home was a great jumping off spot for adventuring around northern Albania. We went from the mountains to the sea and had a nice home to come back to each day. The yard was perfect for our dog. Durrës is a 15 minute walk away, theres a killer pizza joint up the road, and a Conad grocery store around the corner. The home is comfortable but needs to be updated. A perfect stay at a great price. Host is very nice and always responsive with helpful advice. We recommend.

The best Airbnb experience we have had. Mislav and Vesna are exceptional hosts. The property is in an excellent location, and extremely comfortable. Cavtat is beautiful. Most importantly it is a very peaceful, relaxing area, with many excursions from there. We look forward to returning in the near future.

Had a great time. Wonderful private villa, with pool, gym and sauna. Danny’s parents were there to greet us and show us round. Lots of space, inside and out, with easy access to the beach too. Everything well looked after and clean. Would recommend.

The stay was great – the house was spacious and well-equipped, with a garden that added a nice touch. The host was responsive, and the location worked well for getting around.

Ivan makes you feel like you're at home. Check-in with him was extremely pleasant as he acts multilingual [Croatian, English, German] There were all the necessary resources and much more (coffee maker, hair dryer, Netflix access, pool accessories). Any questions we had were answered through Airbnb within 20 minutes [e.g. shopping] The entire holiday was rounded off in a special way, from the welcome vesper plate to the homemade apple strudel of his wife. There was also a great entertainment at the end. We will definitely return. Arrived as guests, left as friends. We have rarely met such a thoughtful host. We absolutely loved our stay! As a group of 2 families (4 adults, 4 children) we had plenty of space and you couldn't ask for a better view. The kids spent a whole day exploring, playing and just being kids and it was fantastic. We even braved a swim in the waterfall! Yes, the road takes some confidence to tackle but it is 100% worth it. Amazing spot and wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a great stay at this apartment on Vir. The apartment was simple, but very clean and cozy. The advantage was a great location – close to the beach, restaurants and shops which gave us convenient access to everything we needed. Goran was very friendly and helpful, always ready to help with any question or request. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxed, perfect to relax and recharge. We'd love to come back again! Alex is a wonderful host. Always willing to help and advise. He sent us links to restaurants and places to visit in the area on the first day. He also recommended some beaches suitable for small children. The host is trying hard to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I recommend it with a clear heart.

The accommodation met our expectations, it is true to the description, cared for in its details and Patrizia is really very attentive, available and present to meet the needs of the guests and solve small problems that may occur (such as a drilled wheel). The apartment is well equipped and therefore already perfect, even for the summer stay. In addition, bicycles are available, very useful, in a week we never moved the car: the center of sbt and the promenade can be reached in a few minutes by bike. We really liked everything, the suprlus is definitely done by Patrizia, present, kind but not intrusive. So many many compliments! It's rare to find such an attentive host and such a well-maintained and well-equipped apartment! If we have the chance we will definitely come back! Thank you

Very nice house, free parking. I think it is a lovely accommodation during the summer with the garden. We stayed at the end of October and the place was a little damp. Overall everything was good.

Natalia is such a great host! She was very attentive and took very good care of us. The house is beautiful, surrounded by gardens and very close to the beach. We stayed there in April and it was very calm, exactly what we were looking for!
