This apartment is set in a beautiful location overlooking the water and old town. Also only around 10/15 minutes walk to the old town itself so perfectly situated. It was clean, had all the amenities you would need and the host Ivica was very responsive with any questions. Would definitely recommend staying here for your next trip to Dubrovnik!

Georgia ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, bei der man sich sehr wohlgefühlt hat. Die Kommunikation war super einfach und sie war immer gut zu erreichen. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut, da man von dort aus alles auf der Insel erreichen kann. Danke, für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Nantina’s place was fantastically situated on the beach with its own garden. The house was spotless and Nantina was extremely proactive to all our queries and had a very good communication instructions to get to the house even though we only arrived at 12.30am nighttime. We stayed at the end of October so most beach restaurants were closed but we were happy to shop and eat in. The weather was a perfect 22 degrees and blue skies. We’ll be back!

Bill and his wife care for there guests. The house is close to the village, close to the sea but the beach is not the best one. . The place is quiet. The renewed batroom is top ! The Kitchen équipement is reduced to minimum but maybe you don't coock when in vacations. I recommand this place.

Ci siamo trovate molto bene. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolto la nonna di Alessia, che è stata molto gentile e ospitale. La casa di Alessia aveva tutto il necessario per un soggiorno. Posizione ideale per raggiungere le varie località turistiche(Vieste, Peschici, Foggia, Monte Sant'Angelo e S. Giovanni Rotondo). Alessia è stata flessibile nell'orario di check in e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie per poter soggiornare, ancora prima del nostro arrivo in struttura. La zona è molto tranquilla, ci sono anche spiagge libere subito fuori dell'alloggio, con ristoranti dove e possibile mangiare in loco o da asporto, con ottima preparazione dei piatti. Il centro di Mattinata è facilmente raggiungibile in auto e offre molti forni e molti servizi per la persona. Ottimo il pane, focaccia e panzerotti. Siamo state molto soddisfatte nel nostro soggiorno. Complimenti, Alessia!

Schöne Unterkunft - tolle Anlage - direkt am Meer - wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden einen Aufenthalt aufjedenfall weiterempfehlen ! :)

Pay attention to check in time of 17:00, as specified in the listing. We weren’t paying attention and it would have been an issue for us, but hosts’s son was there to let us in earlier. Big Plodine market nearby (by car) or Konzum on foot. Beautiful, quiet residential area right at the beach. Few tourists around here in late September. Appreciated the parking. Antonija helped with turning on the hot water heater and bringing us a replacement router when several of our devices wouldn’t connect to Wi-Fi. They left cold drinks, fresh fruit from the garden (which is gorgeous), local olive oil, Nescafé, filter coffee, cappuccino mix, etc. for us. Space is small, just as pictured, but worked for us two. Patio area was so pretty and breeze was great. Thank you Draško and Antonija!

Wir fühlten uns insgesamt sehr gut betreut und aufgehoben hinsichtlich Kommunikation, sowohl mit Marija und Boris als auch deren Sohn. Es war alles wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen und insgesamt ein gemütlichen und gepflegtes Gast-Heim für unsere Urlaubs-Zeit! Dank des Pools war auch die Hitze gut auszuhalten. Sehr flexibel hinsichtlich Check-In/-Out! Es gab sogar ein Abschieds-Geschenk! Primosten ist insgesamt eine Reise wert und wir können die Unterkunft guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen! Kommen bestimmt irgendwann nochmal darauf zurück!

Die Wohnung hat der Beschreibung entsprochen und es war sehr sauber und ruhig. Wir waren allerdings auch die einzigen Feriengäste dort. Daher haben wir kein Vergleich. Die Terasse mit Sitzecke ist sehr gemütlich und wir haben sie auch ausgiebig genutzt. Da wir eher den Norden der Insel erkundet haben, war die Wohnung ein guter Ausgangspunkt für unsere Tagesausflüge. Der Kontakt ging über Spiros. Er hat bei Fragen immer schnell reagiert und konnte helfen.

Wir haben uns schnell wohl gefühlt. Alles war wie beschrieben, sauber, ordentlich und intakt. Die Küche ist toll ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Wir waren zu fünft, da war der Küchentisch etwas klein und es gab nur 4 Stühle. Auf Nachfrage, sagte er, dass das Leben halt draußen stattfindet. Das war uns Mitte August nur zu heiß. Wir haben uns mit nem Gartenstuhl zu helfen gewusst und die Klimaanlage sehr geschätzt. Das Haus zu finden, geang uns nur anhand der Schlüsselbox. Es gibt nämlich keine sichtbaren Hausnummern. Aber dank Standort, Foto und Box, gefunden. Waschmaschine vor Ort war auch toll. Parkplatz auf dem Gelände praktisch und sicher. Wir haben die verschiedenen Strände sehr genossen. Vielen lieben Dank. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Wir, meine Freundin ich und unserer Hund durften 2 Wochen in der Unterkunft verbringen. Die Unterkunft ist recht klein und man hat kaum Platz etwas zu verstauen, was aber für uns kein Problem war. Alles war wie beschrieben und sauber. Zur Begrüßung gab es auch einen eigenen Wein. Der Hund konnte ohne Probleme auf dem Geländer rumlaufen, da das ganze Gelände abgezäunt ist. Der Strand ist etwas entfernt, zum normalen Kiesstrand sind es zirka 5-7 Minuten, zum „Hundestrand“ sind es zirka 7-10 Minuten. Auf dem Gelände von Bartul wachsen Feigen, Trauben, Granatäpfel und Oliven, die sehr lecker sind. Der Grill lädt zu tollen Grill-Ereignissen ein und unter freiem Himmel kann man auch sehr gut den Nachthimmel sehen. Im Großen und Ganzen können wir die Unterkunft empfehlen, man kann sehr gut entspannen und sehr viel entdecken.

Beautiful place on a car free island with great swimming places & restaurants all in walking distance (beware of the steps on the way back home) and far reaching views across the sea. There’s always a shady place in the garden & the bedrooms are nice and cool even in July/August. The housekeeper was always reachable, lovely & very welcome. We’d love to come back.

Daniela's bungalow was very nice. The kitchen was well equipped. It was clean and nicely decorated. The only downside for us as a family with small kids was the distance to the beach. You need to walk about 25 minutes to get to the nearest beach. I still fully recommend the place.

Es war wunderschön und ich würde immer wieder hin gehen! Alle waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben mindestens 1x täglich gefragt ob ich noch etwas brauche. Bei der Anreise war der Kamin bereits an und ich habe mich direkt wohl gefühlt

Sehr schöne Unterkunft fast direkt am Strand (1 min zu Fuß). Sehr leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Die Fotos sind eventuell etwas irreführend, da es sich bei den Zimmern nicht um freistehende Strand-Häuschen handelt wie ggf. basierend auf den Fotos zu erwarten ist. Personal größtenteils (bis auf eine Mitarbeiterin) sehr freundlich.
