Apartment vacation rentals in Adenta Municipality

This is a great apartment in a prime Accra location. The unit is exactly as described. I rented it because of the balcony / view and I was not disappointed. Ben-Ike provided clear instructions and was extremely responsive to any inquires. This will be my “go-to” rental when I am in Accra.

The whole staying was enjoyable. The apartment was clean and tidy, the host even provide a cleaning arrangement once a week if you stay longer than 6days which is lovely. The location was in the center of the downtown which is very convenient when you going out to the mall or travelling around the city. I also like the apartment had a 24hrs security, and the facilities: rooftop swimming pool, gym and the cafe. I would love to stay there again when I’m coming next time!

From the time of booking til our stay ended, Seth provided exceptional service. He is super fast in responding to any questions we had. He is very accommodating, allowed us to check in early and communicated well throughout the entire stay. The apartment was well kept and maintained. He has made our stay in Accra very good and if I’m ever in Ghana again, I will definitely use him. Thank you Seth for going above and beyond and even adding a little special note as I was there to celebrate my birthday!!

Staying here was amazing!!! You could get food from the Elm cafe. Close driving distance to a lot of great restaurants. The unit was clean and cozy. Steph was responsive to all questions. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

I booked on extremely short notice but Mr. Kofi still accommodated me quite well. His place was superb!

We felt so comfortable that we extended our stay. Place matched exactly the photos and description. Quiet neighborhood, close to ACC airport, malls, restaurants and other places of interest. Hosts were great with proactive and timely communication. Maintenace and security staff were responsive and pleasant also.

After every long day out touring Ghana, coming home to Owusua's Airbnb felt super restorative to my tired body. I was always able to immediately unwind and relax peacefully. I was super comfortable in the neighborhood walking to nearby restaurants and convenient shops, and the building's front desk staff/doorman was friendly and always helpful with things like helping me put my luggage in a car or showing me where the trash cans were. Also uber and tour guide pick-ups/drop offs were easy, and I even arranged a personal driver with Owusua for one of my days and she was Excellent! Owusua is a Great Host! She definitely takes care of you. And I hope to stay again at her Airbnb on a future trip to Ghana.

We had a great stay! Josephina was incredibly kind and welcoming. The apartment was amazing, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The free refreshments were a thoughtful touch, and the complimentary airport shuttle made my trip even more convenient. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again on my next trip. Thanks for having us.

Firstly , I would like to thank Henry , Max and all the other staff that made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. The apartment is beautiful and very spacious. Henry and Max were prompt to address any minor issues we had during our stay. The apartment complex is very safe with 24hr security and situated at a very good location and close proximity to the Accra Mall and the Airport. I will definetly recommend this apartment and stay here again next time I am in Accra.

Joyce was very accommodating and reachable. Her attendant was always available and helpful with any questions we had. The place was clean and comfortable! We enjoyed our stay. Public transportation was easy walk from appartment.

I really enjoyed myself. I've been coming to Ghana for 5 years and this was the best stay so far. The room was great, the pools, and restaurant on location was awesome. I made a lot of great new friends as well. I'll definitely be staying here upon my return.

Loved the place. Left a bit early to catch a flight but will surely be returning to extend my stay when I’m back in the country! Thank you for keeping the place so neat and tidy. Self check in was a plus and the front desk plus the hosts were very responsive as well if I ever needed anything.

Good location close to the beach and attractions

The apartment was fantastic! It was clean, the view at night was excellent, and it was easy to walk to a popular street nearby. Sander and Rita were terrific, responding to questions quickly. There was an issue with the air conditioning, which I reported to them. They promptly found a technician who came and fixed it.
