I felt very comfortable in Larissa's apartment. It was spacious and very clean. From the balcony, you have a nice view, even with a side sea view. The street and the apartment are very quiet. But you are at most 10 minutes from the beach and downtown. With shortcuts even in about 5 minutes :) The place has a lot to offer and with public transport you can explore the whole island. If you want to travel by bus, you should buy a weekly ticket (€50), so you can use every bus and tram on the island. Larissa is a great hostess, very lovingly flexible. I would definitely spend my next vacation in Tenerife with Larissa. Thanks again for everything, including that I was able to store my luggage with you on the day of departure. See you soon.

The best thing about this place is how proactive Dominique is. He responded fast to my late last-minute booking and offered to pick me up with his car on the way. I extended the stay 3 times, he was very patient with all the modifications and flexible with timing. Note that the building is being renovated at the moment so there’s drilling noise during the day. Not a problem if you’re out all day doing water sports or mountain biking, which El Médano is perfect for!

An ideal place for those who like to spend their stay actively. Communication with the host at a very high level. We would be happy to return

Perfect place to stay! We had a lovely holiday and Palm Mar is a great location. Benjamin was a great host with quick responses and Bea who checked us in when we arrived was lovely. Would 100% come back!

We stayed in Yvonne and Juan's apartment for 1 week. The apartment is super cozy, very tastefully decorated and super equipped. The great roof terrace is the perfect place for breakfast and sunbathing🌞. Although the apartment is right in the center, it is super quiet at night. Supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and nice bars are very close and within walking distance. Yvonne is a great host, always helpful, and yet she respects the privacy of her guests. We had a super nice week and would very much like to come again. Many thanks to Yvonne and Juan for everything 🌸

Beautiful apartment with all modern amenities and a condominium pool. Terrace with breathtaking views of the surfers' beach, the only flaw was the bathroom of the second bedroom that was a bit small, perfect area to stay in Tenerife with nearby parking to leave the car a few steps from all the main attractions of the island. We had a really good time, if we come back to Tenerife we will stay here again.

Very clean apartment in good location. Carlos was very friendly and helpful, having parking available was very convenient. The apartment had everything you need. I recommend it.

We had a lovely time time, we took our 3 children and there was plenty of space, they loved the dipping pool. It only took 10 mins to walk to Siam Park and the mall is at the bottom of the road which has a supermarket. Everything was as described and the views are amazing. When we come back to Tenerife we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you, we had a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay and we thought the apartment and views were even nicer than in pictures. With family it was perfect, the heated pool, spacious apartment and garage made life easy. Viktoria and Sergej responded always with no delay and are super friendly. Area was also good for us and I enjoyed runs along the sea and also on the hiking trail close by with amazing views. If you want to eat out a lot, be prerared that you need to walk a bit to areas with restaurants. Pool we had often only for ourselves so it was quiet and peaceful in the residential complex. Thank you for making our holiday unforgettable!

We had the most amazing time at Casa Mina and will definitely come back. Cristina is the best host you can imagine and such a nice human being. We're glad that we got to meet her and Aurora, who takes care of the Casitas, in person. The Casita is very thoughtfully designed and equipped with everything you need. It really is a nice place to come back to every day. Cooking in the large kitchen, sunbathing and having breakfast in the patio and the huge beautiful bathroom are all a plus. The bed is very comfortable. We also enjoyed the many recommendations from Cristina, which we didn't expect. The whole village of San Juan de la Rambla is very charming and the northern / green side of Tenerife is great for hiking and cultural experiences, which is what we've been looking for. We had a really lovely stay at this villa. We are a family of 5 with 2 teenagers & a 6 yr old and we didn’t feel on-top of each other at all, it’s such a great space with the added bonus of a pool! Location is great. 1km walk to Del duque beach & 3km to Caleta and just around the corner from a shopping centre and restaurants. Zivile was a great host, we had drinks and snacks on our arrival and she was very quick to respond to any queries we had. We’ve all had such a lovely holiday, Thank you, would love to come back!

This is such a beautiful place! Better than the pictures. I was so happy to see how close the incredible Playa de Castro-Rambla de Castro - Galeria La Fajana trail head is to the house and just a short walk the other way is Playa de Socorro. What an amazing, beautiful location. And this host tops it off with a friendly responsiveness and super clean house. Just an amazing stay! Thank you so much, Fernando!

Beautiful villa, great location with lots of shops and restaurants close by. Everything exactly as described. Bella was an excellent host, great communication and very responsive to any questions. We had a fantastic stay!

We want to thank Béa and her husband for hosting us during our stay. The accommodation is very pleasant with its glass balcony overlooking the ocean and the natural pool located 2 floors below. All the comforts are present in the apartment, the amenities, the furniture, no complaints. A bottle of wine and breakfast food were present on our arrival, thank you for this beautiful attention. Masks and snorkels were available to see the wonders in the ocean, easily accessible by a staircase at the bottom of the accommodation, and the small tapas bar just downstairs "la Familia" was our stronghold throughout the stay, very affordable prices. In short, for a romantic stay it was just perfect! We highly recommend this little piece of heaven. Thanks again 🙏❤️

We just wanted to thank Joaquin and the team for giving us a really great holiday. From booking to check-out they were absolutely faultless and we had a fabulous stay in their apartment. What first drew us to the property was the photo of the stunning view from the balcony but I have to say, the reality is even better! The studio was much larger than I expected and it had every amenity you could wish for. The kitchen is really well stocked for those that wish to self-cater but you are surrounded by a multitude of bars and restaraunts should you prefer to eat out (we highly recomend the El Horno De Neptuno for the most delicious, authentic tapas). The apartment complex is very well maintained. There is a lovely relaxed vibe and the onsite restaurant has a good selection of food for days when you wish to laze by the pool. The host offers an airport transfer service which was great as they arranged our check-in and gave us a tour of the apartment. Thanks for everything. We loved it x

Lovely spacious and well presented apartment. Pool area is lovely and not busy. Seemed to be more locals than tourists so if you like to be a little removed from the main tourist centres but still have easy access then this place is great.

Everything was great. Easy to get to. Absolutely central location. Restaurants, beaches and shopping within walking distance. The place was clean and had everything you need. Priceless: The morning view from the balcony to Mount Teide.

Very quiet and relaxed apartment, with fantastic views of the sea. So quiet and sheltered from the wind that you can even sleep on the balcony. We had a rental car and explored the island for two weeks. The apartment is located on a steep slope, which requires a little courage when parking, but 2 minutes' walk away is also a free parking space at ground level. High-quality amenities, clean and well maintained. Great property for a romantic couple's vacation or anyone looking for some peace and quiet from stressful city life. There are many hiking trails and viewpoints within walking distance. Lidl, doctor (German), Loro Parque or Punta Brava are only 5 minutes away by car. Host and manager were always responsive and responded quickly. All our wishes were fulfilled and we were provided with advice and assistance. On-site Wi-Fi is great, Internet fast and stable. In terms of price, it's already at the pain threshold, but for that -> peace...

What can I say other than this was such a beautiful apartment! I have been visiting Tenerife for 20 years, I know the Island well and more specifically the area itself. Il mention the only non 5 start aspect first which was some slight noise. I saw a few previous reviews about noise levels and some of them are extremely exaggerated ! Yes there is some noise from the bar down the street but they close at 1am, you are in an extremely central complex this is completely normal. If you are looking for peace and quiet nowhere in this area is for you. The apartment was spotless and instantly felt like a home from home. Having your own super fast private WiFi and air conditioning is such a huge bonus and a rare find in air bnbs The beds were very comfortable! All facilities within the apartment worked fine ( I did not know I needed a hand steamer until I used the one in this apartment 😅😅😅 game changer !! Can not thank Diego & Rosa enough and hope we can return very soon 😀
