Vacation rentals with lake access in Adaminaby

The house is perfect for two families (we were 4+2). Location is super convenient and walking distance to town center/shops. The house is very clean and well maintained, with all basic amenities provided including a small outdoor garden area with BBQ and a view of the Jindabyne lake. We enjoyed our stay and will surely we back!

The tree house is just located on a lake side. It's peaceful and cosy. After busy working and studying, it's a perfect place for my family to spend some quiet time together. We came on the summer holiday. In the morning, many little friends come to greet us on the first dawn. Birds singing, kangaroos dancing, rabbits hopping and colourful parrots joining the breaky. Isn't that nice! We found a good place to close to the nature. We got back all clean energy and refreshed ourselves. The house has got all equipments we need. And there has WIFI. Host Kelli is very thoughtful and nice. We really enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic location - walking distance to CBD and cafes of Braddon. Clean and spacious. we were greeted with flowers and wine and lots of goodies in the fridge. Kitchen was fully kitted out, beds were comfortable and air conditioning kept us at a perfect temp in the Canberra heat Everything we needed for a great visit to Canberra

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at K's place. A great location, peaceful and very private, in walking distance to town and the lake. We had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay for 5 people skiing and snowboarding during the day and exploring Jindabyne and the lake in the afternoons and evenings. Our hosts were friendly and responsive, and their space was clean, comfortable and very well equipped.

The house was in a nice location close to Jindabyne shops. Everything was clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay at East Jindabyne. The outlook from the home is a stunning view over lake Jindabyne. The beds were comfy and everything was clean and tidy. We would happily stay again. Thanks for having us, Lesa!

10/10! We loved this place! It was such a cute mix of luxury and homey! Charles is an excellent host and might have the most helpful instructions I’ve ever been given through Airbnb! Beautiful views and amazing amenities, This was our first time in ACT and we will definitely try and book this place again for our next trip!

We enjoyed our short stay at Noble's place. Instructions were very clear and easy to check ourselves in. The place was very clean, and exactly as shown on the ads. Noble was apologetic regarding the dishwasher which was not working during our time there. We only stayed for one night, so that's not an issue at all. Thanks for letting me know. Good view and close to the restaurants. Awesome!!

I slept like a dream! It was clean, comfortable and well serviced. I travel a fair bit and never get to sleep in a bed that comfy, a place that quiet and so easy to get to a temperature you want. It felt very much like a home away from home. Will 110% look to stay again!

Whispering Pines 3 was so clean, comfortable and welcoming. Everything was as described, check-in was extremely easy; the unit was beautifully clean and well appointed. Close enough to walk to the Jindabyne shops if you want to; close enough to the lake to walk to the water in the trails behind the apartment block. Private and quiet - we felt right at home on holiday. Loved it!

We loved our stay in Trevor’s place. Great location on the lake great facilities both in the apartment and in the building ( particularly the rooftop herb garden and lounging area ) Very clean throughout and Trevor was a lovely host whilst ensuring privacy Restaurants Glass blowing and lake nearby Throughly recommend this place

Kris is an excellent and welcoming host. Such a great apartment and Kris kindly left helpful instructions about the apartment (including how to use the coffee machine) and recommendations for the local area. Would stay here again!

Fantastic cosy cottage. We are a family of 6 - all adult sized. It accommodated us all well. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated with all modern conveniences- including under floor heating in the bathroom. The kitchen / dining / lounge room was a little tight at meal times, but could be easily managed. Michael and Diane are great hosts. Excellent communication with genuine care that you enjoy your trip. Thanks for a great trip.

Lovely, fresh and modern cabin with spectacular views. Tim was easy to communicate with, the place was spotless and provided everything we needed to cook a few easy meals and potter about in between time out on the lake. We had a great stay and would love to come back!

This was the perfect place for some R&R, to explore local towns, enjoy some great pub meals, walk in the bush, fish and see wild brumbies. The house has been beautifully renovated in Retro style, whilst also providing all the mod cons and being high quality. We loved the deep bath, record player, laying on the plush carpet to read the old magazines and play board games, the freshly picked flowers, pillows on the bed, freshly baked cake, bird life, quiet, privacy, animals and the step back in time for reminders of our childhoods. This was also the cleanest airbnb we've stayed in. It is spotless! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Had a wonderful 4 day stay at The Outpost. Beautiful peaceful natural surroundings on an idyllic bend in the river, lots of wildlife, kakaking, bush and river walks. We had never seen platypus in the wild but we saw them multiple times (mostly in 'platypus pond' the swimming area on the river). Mike and Rose (the caretakers of the property who live just up the road) were wonderful and had prepared the cottage very thoughtfully with some special touches for my 70th birthday. Can thoroughly recommend a stay at The Outpost.

Super nice views of the lake, only 7-8 mins into the nearest town and close to Selwyn snowfields (which is why I chose to stay here). Careful driving in/out early/late at night, LOTS of animals on the roads (cool for my passengers!). Was provided a free loaf of super nice sourdough bread upon arrival (which I enjoyed!) The house was warm, and the host offered to restock the wood fire each day (it was winter) and it was lovely coming back to a super warm/toasty place. Beds were comfortable, although one of the 'rooms' is just a corner with a curtain so not super private but for a family it's fine. Host was super responsive and helpful. No wifi, which is described in the listing - but I had 0 Vodafone reception (Telstra was OK) so if this is important to you you should consider this. This did give my kids a chance to experience using a DVD player for the first time in their life! haha (great choice of movies). Would stay here again.

Cute little comfy cottage in beautiful Talbingo. I had never heard of the town when my husband suggested it for a short getaway but it was great. Picturesque overlooking the water. All the autumn leaves in colour right now. The cottage was comfortable and warm (I admit I was a bit nervous about there only being one heater but it warmed all the rooms). Best to bring your groceries with you as there is a limited choice in town. Ming's Chinese at the local country club is pretty good and a short work from the cottage. It's an easy drive up into the mountains and not far to the Yarrangobilly caves and thermal pools.
