Amazing villa close to Nizwa. Clean, modern, quiet and very large with all amenities needed - the pool is great! The host is so nice and really reactive. We definitely recommend to choose Ekleel villa for a stay close to Nizwa!

This place was absolutely wonderful! We were never bored (family friendly) with so much to do and all in the privacy of your own home. We played on the soccer fields, billiards and swam nearly everyday. The location was great, just 10 minutes from all the main attractions and shopping. Jabal Akhdhar was about an hour away (we had visited before coming here). I really loved Nizwa, it had such a different feel compared to Muscat. The people in Oman are incredibly kind and always willing to help, so you never feel alone or stuck. This host was especially helpful, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. There was even someone on-site (lived a few houses down) who regularly asked if we needed anything. The hospitality was truly unmatched! I’ve stayed in several Airbnbs before, but this was by far the most attentive host I’ve had.

Mansoor's home is a beautiful escape on an iconic tourist destination. Nestled on top of Jebel al Akhdar, this resort-home has beautiful lights, a heated and lighted pool, and a beautiful BBQ and table outside. You will not regret booking this home. The interior is also beautiful with large ceilings, 4 generous bedrooms and bathrooms, and a balcony you'll want to sip coffee from in the morning.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Eva Chalet. It was private and peaceful and such a stylish and clean place. About 18mins from Nizwa and has beautiful surroundings. It was great for our family - the kids enjoyed the outside space and ample room for us all (we have 4 kids). We would happily stay again and our host was super helpful.

Firstly I would like to commend how supportive and generous the host was. Due to EID holidays, restaurants were closed, the host sent us lunch. This was very kind of him. The place is amazing, lots of room, well designed and most importantly private. We enjoyed the pool, darts, snooker table and the outdoor grill. The garden sang with all kinds of birds. Lush and beautiful to have a coffee early in the morning. Felt like 2 days disconnect from the world. I would highly recommend this place as we enjoyed every bit and time in it. A BIG THANK YOU

Aflah is a great host. He provided all the necessary instructions via photo's, video and Google Maps location pin. So it was really easy to find the apartment. He responded quick to any questions, left some water in the fridge and even come to the apartment to bring some toilet paper that the cleaner forgot. He provided a great itinerary for seeing the highlights in the surrounding area of Nizwa as well as recommending some restaurants. As the apartment is off the main street it's nice and quiet. Don't be discouraged by the mess around the building because the apartment is spotless. The only thing I can think off for improvement is that the water pressure in the bathroom of the main bedroom is low which makes showering a bit of a challenge. Luckily the apartment is equipped with three bathrooms!

The house is beautiful and conveniently located for visiting the area.

Ahmed' place was very nice,two floors, one bedroom with 3 beds upstairs, one bedroom at ground level, large kitchen, spacious halls at both the floors, heated swimming pool, a little play area for the children We enjoyed staying there and many places of Jabal Akhthar are easily reachable- Al Ayn Village, old village The beds were comfortable with enough spare beds, bed materials 5 bathrooms on both the floors + near the pool. Barbeque setup near the pool, small tables and chairs near the pool One car can be parked inside the gate and another two can be parked outside. There are shops and restaurants nearby. Ahmed is super friendly and supportive Few things that are not available and has to be managed by the visitors: Towel, toiletries, plates, glasses and other items for kitchen The kitchen has gas stove, microwave, fridge, kettle The place can easily accommodate 8 adults and few children easily Highly recommended for a break from the summer heat with 10+ degrees less than plains
