House vacation rentals in Abraham Adesanya Estate

They were very accommodating and great responsive hosts. They were able to accommodate my late check in due to flight delays and they were available to check me in. They had some water and biscuits and tea available. And the place was very clean and well decorated for the season. It felt like home. I recommend some bug spray because there may be flies outside the area but that’s Nigeria. The place was great overall.

Babatunde and his team were EXCEPTIONALLY accommodating and professional during the whole process of my stay. We had the opportunity to stay at two of the properties next door to each other and both were beautifully decorated with all the amenities needed for a perfect vacation. The wifi was lightening fast, and Temmy the property assistant was so sweet and helpful. Any snags were handled promptly and were excited to get back to Lagos again so we can book with Babatunde!

Myself and my guests had a good time at Moses’ place and the kids didn’t wanna leave …. The kids spent time on the snooker board in the house and in the swimming pool … it is a gated community and that comes with assurance of security whether you are visiting Nigeria for the first time or the last time !

We had an absolutely wonderful two week stay at Sammy’s listing. The interior decoration was even better than the pictures and the location was near the expressway for convenient access. Power and WiFi were consistently available. Sammy was an amazing host and promptly responded to any requests or questions. We look forward to staying with Sammy when returning to Lagos in the future.

Uwaoma’s place was beautiful and spacious. Communication was on point whenever I reached out. Had a minor issue with the ac leak, but I was resolved quickly and worked fine the rest of the stay. The estate was secured with multiple security stationed at each gate which was great for safety throughout the stay. This place is great to stay with family and can fit up to 10. Our hosts were very accommodating in letting family come to visit us after our grandmothers burial by providing codes for our guests to come in. I would definitely recommend this space for future guests who want to enjoy the Lekki, Lagos area

Aunty Oyinbo’s house was exactly as described. Beautiful home with lots of room for a big family. After having a horrible experience at a shortlet we found this house on AirBNB and immediately wanted to book for the next night. Payal immediately gained my trust after our 1st convo. She made it her aim to ensure we had a great experience which we did. I had the opportunity to meet her husband Lucky who answered any questions we had and although I didn’t get to meet Payal herself we communicated so often throughout the stay that I felt like we were friends! The housekeeper Bami was also great, very responsive, honest and completed task in a timely manner. Although there was periods of no power, it was never too long to where it caused a problem! They have a generator and inverter, AC units in each room outside of kitchen and even a washer & dryer! Added bonus is there is a community pool there. Great community near lots of things to do w/in walking distance. Definitely would recommend!

Communication was great, gave clear instructions and helpful information before check in and during stay. Felt secure with security at the gate and Victor on premises. Back up generator and water supply on premises made our stay comfortable. Great place to stay.

I had an amazing two-week stay at this beautiful 2-bedroom condo! From the moment I arrived, everything was clean and exactly as described. The space was comfortable and tastefully decorated, with plenty of space. The kitchen had everything I needed for cooking, and I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra towels, Pressing Iron, and fast Wi-Fi. The beds were super comfortable, and having 2 and half baths made my stay extra convenient. There was back up WiFi in-case one is not functioning as expected so no downtime experienced for internet connectivity. The location was perfect (Walking distance to Admiralty Parkway)—close to restaurants, pharmacy, shopping, and local attractions, yet peaceful and quiet in the evenings. The management (Bolu & Her partner) were incredible and went above and beyond to attend to my requests promptly. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free getaway!

It beautiful and I love it

A definite 5 star recommendation for Glad House and a huge thank you to Frank. The house is beautiful, air con throughout and a well stocked kitchen. Comfortable living and dining room and huge modern bedrooms with really cool lighting! The photos looked great but still don’t do the house justice, it’s even ten times better in real life. We enjoyed playing pool and table tennis outside despite the heat 😆 The estate is quiet and safe with security guards at the gate. A short walk outside the estate will bring you to local shops, a huge supermarket Jendal and a great bar / club De Dems across the main road. The hotel staff next door are available to help with anything you need, they can order food from the restaurant, organise laundry, etc. The house was cleaned regularly and restocked with clean towels etc. It was my first time in Nigeria and in Lagos and Frank’s house made me feel instantly at home, I didn’t want a leave and will most certainly rebook it for our next visit. Well done!

Ikenna was an exceptional host. He was highly responsive, and the residence is well-organised and well-maintained. The nightly rate is quite economical. I will certainly rent this property whenever I am in Lagos.

I must say I and my family really enjoyed our stay in the house , the house was very clean,,everything was neatly arranged,the interiors are top notch, the WiFi works perfectly well.. any time I come back to Nigeria I will definitely be using this apartment again, it made us feel at home … I highly recommend Kin Clan Resident.👌🏽

Nice place! Great host

The home is exquisite and tastefully furnished. We really enjoyed our stay. The location is very private and very secure - security code changes very frequently. It was my second visit back to Nigeria in 2 months, and i never felt safer. Power was 24/7. There's a washer/dryer - super convenient. We didnt take any dirty clothes back home. The property manager AY was very helpful and responsive. We arrived late for checkin and didn't have anything meals prepped, but she helped us get dinner and was very helpful throughout our stay. We had cleaning service everyday. They even had all our clothes ironed for our event day. Restaurants and attractions are a few minutes drive away. So you get the benefit of staying in a private secure estate with everything you need just minutes away. Definitely staying here again. I'm not sure i can stay anywhere else TBH. Its perfect!

The team at Uchenna's place made our stay comfortable. There was someone onsite to welcome us and assist with the check-in. Kingsley, the house manager, was very responsive and quick to attend to all our concerns. They prioritized our comfort as all issues raised were resolved in a timely manner. The property was spacious, and the kids had a lot of fun using the entertainment area and the swimming pool. Many thanks to Uchenna and team for making our stay a fun filled and memorable one...

We had a wonderful stay at Michael’s place in Ogudu GRA, Lagos. It’s a spacious and very clean house—perfect for my family. The home had everything we needed, and the environment was peaceful and secure. It was great having the whole house to ourselves, which gave us privacy and comfort throughout our stay. Michael was a great host—very responsive, helpful, and made sure we were well taken care of. I definitely recommend this place for families or anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Lagos. We’d gladly return!

An amazing place to stay from our first night until we left. Any questions we had or any adjustments to be made was quickly dealt with. Great location and the house was amazing! Whenever we needed for the house to be cleaned it was done and very nice staffs. No complaints and would definitely stay there again!

The neighborhood feels vibrant and safe.The apartment boasts a modern design, with well-finished interiors, spacious rooms, and functional features like air conditioning, fitted kitchen cabinets, and en-suite bathrooms. The building offers reliable electricity with a backup generator, which is essential in Lagos. While not 24/7, the downtime is minimal. I highly recommended

As one who has stayed in multiple apartments across Lagos, this is hands down the best apartment I’ve stayed at in Lagos. Building is well secured with use of smart technology. Also, has a pool side for relaxation. The host is also well-responsive and helpful in making the stay a great one. I 100% recommend this apartment.
