Beautiful property, fantastically landscaped, lovingly with playground and direct possibility to move into the forests. Large window front overlooking the forest, uncomfortable. Enough space, you will find everything you need. The host's dog is a dream, beautiful and sugar sweet, so friendly. We were directly in love with shock! We'll be back!

We had a wonderful, relaxing week in this cozy apartment. An open space concept, state-of-the-art appliances with refurbished, old wooden furniture, harmonious decor and everything sparkling clean. This was the first apartment where we felt totally comfortable immediately and the entire time. Thank you. We will be happy to come back.

We had a great weekend at Franzi's apartment. The details selected with love made us immediately feel at home. The kids were very happy about gummy bears and toys provided. In the small kitchen, there was everything you need. Even a coffee station with matching coffee to the 2 different appliances. The modern bathroom was very clean. We were completely satisfied and enjoyed the tranquility there. If we travel to Vogtland again, we will definitely go here again.

Our stay in Karlovy Vary was great. It was great that the property has private parking. In the beginning, it was not entirely clear which was the right entrance, as it was not the one that was right at the parking. We were positively surprised by the place: large, spacious and clean. Also perfect for a family. The host was very friendly and provided us with a crib and high chair. Communication was also smooth. It was just for us to note the low possibility of darkening the windows as we like to sleep very darkly, but this may just be an individual condition. All in all, we would recommend the place with a clear conscience.

We (2 adults and 1 child) stayed at the property over New Year's Eve. The pictures correspond to the facts. For 4 people (2 adults and two kids) the apartment is perfect. There is a living room in which a double bed and a dining table for 4 people. and a children's room with two single beds and a TV. Kitchen is functional. We only missed a toaster, but that's not that bad. The bathroom is large and clean. Parking was free in the street. The center is within walking distance within about 15 minutes. However, the mountain is very steep. The place is definitely worth its money. We would recommend it immediately!

Veronika is super friendly, great communication and she even allowed us to check in and little bit early. Apartment is great, very warm (it was snowing outside) we didn't need to turn on any extra heating. Kitchen well equipped. Bed was super comfortable and we both slept very well. Apartment is close to the city, due to the weather we chose to use "bolt" and it was only 120Kc to most places we went to. Great Value, we would stay again. Thanks.

Accommodation perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. A well-equipped apartment with everything you need. If you use it in the winter months, it's a really short walk to the cable car and ski slopes nearby.

Super lodge, good location near colonnades. The lady was very accommodating, she explained everything nicely. The apartment feels like you're in a castle. A pool and hot tub are a nice bonus.

My stay at Richard's place was like a dream. The way the whole house was decorated and fully furnished made me feel right at home. The place has everything you need and is like a fairytale home you see from movies. Beautifully decorated, private, clean, cozy and warm, and very spacious. If you want a nice, relaxing getaway in Karlovy vary, choose this place. Richard himself was also an excellent host, always attentive and providing everything we needed.

We had a good getaway with our two small children. Even though some smaller things are still expandable, you have to say that the value for money is unbeatable. The apartment is expediently furnished, some consumables were also available, so you didn't have to buy anything else (dishwashing tablets, dish soap, etc.). This is not self-evident for vacation rentals. Curtains in the bathroom would have been desirable. There is no direct window opposite, but you still feel a little uncomfortable. We found the parking situation challenging. The few parking spaces in the street were either occupied or reserved for hotels. We were then lucky above the property (reachable relatively quickly via a hidden staircase). Since the parking situation is simply due to the concept of Karlovy Vary, I do not want to deduct a star for it.

We had a wonderful girls weekend with Dorit and Steffen. Both are super friendly and helpful. The apartment is super clean and well equipped, tasteful, cozy and it has everything you need. The whirlpool is a real highlight, as is the wonderful view, great around everything!
