Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Abeno Ward

With a conbini [Lawson] and transit entrance on the same block, it’s so convenient to get around from this AirBNB. The air condition is amazing after a hot day, and the large tub was a surprise.

Jessica is an incredible host. She answers to our inquiries even late at night. Easy to locate and very close to malls and train station. We really had a great time during our stay. Jessica’s place is highly recommended. My dad accidentally brought one of her chargers and we insisted to pay for it but she declined. We will definitely contact her once we visit Japan again. 1. The house manager is warm and polite, and will contact us two days in advance to confirm the check-in, and will also pick us up at the station to the location of the house. 2. Great location, very close to the airport express, within 5 minutes walk.There are plenty of subway lines around, no matter where you go, there is a subway that can go directly from the door of the house, there is a large Don Quijote within a five-minute walk, and there are many small restaurants and convenience stores, 10 minutes walk from Tsūtenkaku. 3. The host is awesome. He answered all our questions promplty. The house was very clean and the location is awesome! It is walking distance to the station and very close to Dotonbori - the most happening place in Osaka!! We loved everything about the house!

Very great place to stay. Very happy with being able to stay in a traditional Japanese house. In addition, it is quiet, and the amenities in the accommodation are very well prepared. In addition, there are good restaurants and familiar taverns around. - It was inevitable that it was difficult to use English. - Nevertheless, we were able to stay very quiet. It was also close to the station, so it was very convenient when checking in, checking out, and traveling. One thing I was a little concerned about when booking this accommodation was, "Maybe the amenities weren't too old," but contrary to my concerns, I was able to stay very comfortably. However, the stairs to the second floor are steep, so if you have luggage or are old in your family, it may be difficult to move. It is also important to consider that the Japanese house itself is not considered for heating, so it may feel cold. - Please refer to it when visiting in winter.. - I took a lot of photos during my stay, and I think they'll all be pictures of their lives. We felt at home in Tony’s place. He met us at the station, helped with the bags and at checkout brought us to the bus station. He gave recommendations and tips and was very responsive before and during our stay. We will book this place again on our next trip to Osaka.

We visited for the Osaka expo and had a terrific time. This was a perfect home base with everything we needed at home, great location for walking around and easy public transportation access. When we needed more coffee the host got back immediately and before the end of the day coffee was seamlessly restocked - just wow! Even though we were a big family, there was plenty of room for everyone, privacy but also a common space to hang out in. Easy for entertaining - there was even a nintendo switch under the tv. Plenty of phone chargers too. I loved that there was always hot water for us all to bathe and take showers. The elevator was perfect for those of us who appreciated not having to go up and down stairs. And it was SO CLEAN! 1000% recommend this spot!

The house is amazing and spacious! It’s as if you took home with you. The location is perfect—just 5 minutes walking to the train and little konbinis. The washer and dryer were impressively efficient—about 30 min each load. The baths are amazing no matter which one you use—the water pressure is so strong and soothing after a long day of walking! (Personally, I loved the tub.) Each room is cozy and has its charm, and has soft, clean beds. The kitchen was sufficiently supplied for both instant meal reheating and home cooking. Instructions were clear for recycling. Overall, a wonderful place I’d come back to. My family loved this place—hoping to book Huddleston home when I return with friends. This is a very nice apartment. It’s very clean & roomy. The area is quite & safe. The host is very responsive whenever we have questions. It’s a bit far from the tourist area & the JR line but getting a taxi is very easy. Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay. There are several great bakeries within walking distance & Truffle bakery was our favorite. It’s very helpful to get a bite in the morning before you head out. P.S. there are steep stairs inside the unit to get to the other bedrooms which was described but in case you missed reading. We don’t have any problem with it but if you have young children or elderly in your group, those stairs might be challenging for you.

A good location if you would like to take Shinkansen to travel around Japan.

very nice place to stay, the hosts are kind and flexible. There were no issues with check in or check out and the fancy tub was very relaxing! The residence is in a quieter area of Osaka which is nice for sleeping, but its a very short walk (~10min) from the busy city and some really great food and bar places. As well, both train stations are very close making travel easy to Universal and Nara park. We enjoyed our time here a lot!

The instruction manuals for the indoor equipment are clear and thorough. I can see how much care the host has put into ensuring our comfort through all the thoughtful details. We’ll definitely book here again if we visit Osaka in the future!

Our stay at this place was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect – everything is within easy reach, including Dotonbori and public transportation. The apartment was very clean, well-organized, and spacious. It had everything we needed, including laundry facilities, which were very convenient. A big thank you to our host Bi, who was always kind, polite, and incredibly helpful. We felt truly comfortable and well taken care of. We especially appreciated his help with carrying our luggage. When we’re back in Germany, we’ll fondly remember our time in Osaka.

Like the name of the area, it's a good place to live, and a place where you want to stay for a long time. Someday, if I lived or traveled for a long time, I always wanted to stay around Nagai Park. I took a vacation, and I finally came here with the courage. I was lucky to have this place, so I chose it. As for the accommodation, in fact, I thought it was OK without a washing machine, but it was so nice to have a TV, range, washing machine, and air conditioner. I don't have any complaints at all, so even if I want to use something full about the interior of the accommodation, there's nothing that comes to mind. The host was Osaka himself. He is a bright person who is energetic, has a lot of laughter, and he gets to know everyone quickly. I've never experienced eating with the property manager, but we ate together, had a small daily conversation, and it was a fun time. They always make sure you don't need anything or run out of anything. Even if the person who comes doesn't speak Japanese or English, there is an interpreter app, so they will help you in any way. I think it's really cool because I'm a host who says, "Foreign language is the word of other countries, so I can't be wrong, so even if I'm wrong, I don't get frustrated, I use it consistently and get used to it." Because of the schedule, I moved to Nagoya for a while now, but it was an area that I still remember so much that I wanted to go back right away, and it was a really satisfying accommodation. The people in the area are friendly and have a lot of laughter. It is a neighborhood where people smile when you are together, and it is always a quiet village, but it becomes a lively village on weekends or sports games.
