Very friendly, helpful and accommodating hosts. Good location only a minutes walk from the pyramid entrance. We felt safe and comfortable here. Good value for money with breakfast and drinks included.

Tal cual se ve en la foto, excelente anfitrión. El desayuno es especial no solo por su presentación, también por el sabor. Siempre prestos ayudar y atentos a responder cualquier pregunta.

This is a great place to stay. You can see the pyramids from the rooftop. People are nice and kind. The driver was very eager to show you places worthwhile visiting!

We stayed at this property during our trip to Cairo and truly couldn’t recommend it more! The flat is stunning—charmingly decorated in an old French-style chic, spacious, with beautiful balconies and plenty of storage space. What made the experience even more special was the host—exceptionally attentive, quick to respond, and consistently went above and beyond with thoughtful touches and fantastic recommendations. He genuinely made our stay feel effortless and welcoming. If we return to Cairo, we wouldn’t think twice about staying here again!

Hospitality: Yousra’s sister and the flat‑mates welcomed me warmly and made sure I had everything I needed. They shared insider tips on where to eat, what to see, and how to get around. Communication: Yousra stayed in touch online, and her sister replied quickly in person whenever I had a question. Check‑in and check‑out were seamless. Cleanliness & Comfort: The apartment was spotless, tastefully furnished, and exactly as described. Fresh towels, comfortable beds, and a well‑equipped kitchen made the stay very comfortable. Location: A great base for exploring Cairo—on a quiet side street but just a short walk to a supermarket, cafés, and the metro. An Uber ride got me downtown and to the Nile in about 15 minutes. Extras: I loved the little balcony overlooking the neighborhood. Even without meeting Yousra in person, I felt completely looked after and at home. Lugar muy limpio. Aunque la fachada del edificio da una impresión diferente, la estadía es bastante linda. Las personas que atienden son muy amables y atentas. Nos permitieron dejar las maletas luego de check out sin valor adicional.

I had an amazing stay! The room was not only clean and comfortable, but the view of the Nile River was absolutely breathtaking—waking up to that every morning was such a treat. What truly made the experience even more special was the host. They were incredibly responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. From great local tips to quick replies, I felt truly taken care of. I can’t recommend this place enough—if you're looking for a peaceful getaway with stunning views and a host who genuinely cares, this is it!

If you want to live like a local, wake up to views of the Great Pyramids in Giza, walk to local markets, be a Cairean for a few days; Mahmoud's place is right for you. Mahmoud is an absolutely committed host, interested in making your stay comfortable, providing tips and helping plan your trip to Cairo the best anybody can. Mahmoud lives in the same apartment complex and is minutes away for any question or help needed. One evening we were treated to a 4 course home-cooked egyptian meal, which few restaurants serve or match in quality. Thanks very much to Mahmoud, our vacation to Cairo was made all that more pleasurable and memorable.

Voyageant seule avec mes deux enfants, nous avons passé un excellent séjour ici. Nous avons même prolongé de quelques jours. Amir a été très réactif, rapide et cordial à chacune de nos demandes. Les chambres sont grandes. Les lits sont confortables. L’appartement est bien équipé et fonctionnel. Restaurants, magasins, métro, .. tout est facilement accessible à pied. Le quartier est très sûr, même le soir. Le Caire reste toutefois une ville! Bruyante et vivante, parfois jusqu’à tard le soir. Les personnes sensibles s’équiperont de boules Quies pour dormir paisiblement! Nous recommandons vivement ce logement !

I had a great stay in Moustafa's flat, which is ideally located within walking distance of downtown Cairo. The neighbourhood is lively and safe, and you'll find all you need in the area. It's also close to subway stations, so you can easily travel along the lines. The flat itself is big and equipped with all the necessities, be it in the kitchen or bathrooms. The rooms are comfortable and all of them have air conditioning, which is a must in Cairo. Moustafa is a very agreeable host, and in Cairo Halla was easy to reach and readily available to help me with any issues I encountered during my stay. All in all, I warmly recommend this place if you need accommodation in Downtown!

I booked the place for its location and it completely delivered on that. It is right in front of the pyramids and I was able to see them from my room as well as the rooftop. The light show was clearly visible from the rooftop and I immensely enjoyed the stay. They helped with a luggage issue I had with the airlines and were helpful in arranging food according to preference.

L’endroit parfait pour séjourner au Caire. Le quartier est central, calme mais vivant. Parfait pour sortir dîner le soir, on s’y promène facilement à pied. L’appartement est chaleureux, bien décoré. Et surtout l’accueil de Martine est au top : nous avons reçu plein de bons conseils pour les visites, les restaurants etc. J’y retournerai avec plaisir si je reviens au Caire !

Chez Martine was absolutely nice place to stay. As I was travelling as a solo woman the area felt safe (to walk even it was dark alreaf) and was peaceful compared to center. Shower had hot water which was nice as it was bit chilly on February. Mr. Nasser was very friendly. what I really liked was the atmosphere, the flat was very specially decorated.

Wish i stayed longer! Very nice place, an oasis hidden amongst the chaos of Cairo haha Very responsive and the staff were perfect, always friendly and willing go above and beyond. Thank you to Shahd aswell, she recommended what to do and was happy to help where ever Its located in Heaven Hostel but definitely recommend if you’re in Cairo 🤝🏽

We are very happy with this hostel… great location and great people!!!! Mohamed is always answered all my questions and concerns…. All the guys were very friendly and we felt safe and well cared for by everyone . Our guy guide Ahmed is amazing, he speak Spanish very well and and well versed in the history and geography of the region. Thanks Mohamed and your team for everything!

La posizione dell'albergo è comodissima per raggiungere, anche a piedi, Khan el-Khalili, il parco di Parco di Al-Azhar, la città vecchia, Downtown e molte altre attrazioni. In tutte le strade vicine si trova dell'ottimo street food. la struttura è spartana ma c'è tutto l'occorrente. Infine, Said e il suo staff sono cordiali e disponibili anche nel fornire informazioni turistiche e organizzare attività guidate. Consiglio perciò vivamente il soggiorno in questo alloggio per chi vuole vivere la città dal di dentro e in maniera autentica.
