The cottage

“The cabin” is a full insulated wooden cabin with underfloor heating in all rooms. It is located at the bottom of our garden in private villa area out to open fields and trail systems close to forest and beach. Our cottage is located by the beautiful Limfjord on the outskirts of the summer town of Hvalpsund. Here there is room for indoor coziness in the large kitchen, room for 12 overnight guests, barbecue evenings and relaxation on the large terrace and play and bonfire in the garden. The house is equipped with beds, chairs and toys for smaller children. With only a five-minute walk to the water, both big and small can join in. Hvalpsund offers a cozy harbor area, vintage shops and local roadside stalls. A beautiful house for the whole family.

Our cozy wooden house is located only about 150 meters from the sandy beach on Louns peninsula in beautiful nature, with many opportunities for walking, running and cycling. Nice harbor environment with ferry, fishing and marina. Enjoy lunch or dinner at the town's inn or marina, overlooking the fjord. The house is furnished with three small bedrooms, a functional kitchen, And a newly renovated bathroom. Heating is with a heat pump, wood stove. Cozy new summerhouse located only 10 minutes walk to a perfect beach and the lovely city center of Blokhus were you find lovely restaurants and good shopping. The house is designed so two families can life there together with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom in each of the ends. It is equipped with everything you need so you as a family can enjoy your stay. Cottage by Svanemølleparken

Feel the real atmosphere of authenticity and charm in the old summer house. Enjoy the garden or sunset beyond the lake from the bench, or take a walk in the Svanemøll park, which is located at the end of the garden. The cottage is centrally located in Svenstrup town. 5 minutes' walk to Svenstrup train station, where you can get to Aalborg in 9 minutes. Shopping like SuperBrugsen, Rema or Coop365 is a two-minute walk from the summerhouse.

My place is close to public transportation. You'll love my place because of the light, the surroundings, the outdoor area. It is about 1500 meters to the city center and pedestrian street. Approximately 3000 meters to marina, beach and forest. My place is good for singles, couples and couples with children (max. 3) and business travelers.
