One bedroom sleeps two, small loft for two children or one adult. The house here is quirky and unique and perfect for those who want nature and the city's possibilities. Enjoy the beautiful views from our home. The house is right down to a nice sandy beach with ample opportunity to swim or maybe even kitesurf. The house is located a few km from Aarhus which is an exciting city with many attractions and good opportunities to shop or eat at a restaurant. This 200 m2 house offers everything you could dream of for a good holiday. Sit in the living room and enjoy the view of the ocean, take advantage of the outdoor spa with the same view, or go to the basement and play billiards or watch a good movie.

If you have small children, the mattress can be taken down from the loft bed. A nice conversation kitchen with attached terrace where there is room for 6 people around the table both inside and outside. Bike or take the bus to Aarhus city center in 25 minutes or drive there in 14 minutes.

Located in an oasis and with less than 10 minutes walk to the forest and sea this apartment has all you’ll need for your stay in Aarhus. There are cafes, a cinema and shops just down the street and it’s only a short drive/20 min walk from the city centre. You can literally have it all, including a quiet night in, if you want. The apartment was completely renovated in 2021 with new kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with a comfortable double bed and living room with a quality sofa bed.

You are quickly in the city center either on your fresh legs or a few stops by the bus, which runs right in front of the door. It's filled with soul and charm that is lovingly welcomed. Our cozy and lovely house from 1896 is placed in the village Malling, only 3 km from the beach and 20 minuts south of Denmarks second largest city, Aarhus. The house has a lovely livingroom full of light and atmosphere. Furthermore you can step right into a wonderful garden. Here you will find terraces, beautiful flowers, herbs to use for your cooking, garden funitures, hamocks, grill and lots of sun.

Beliggende i det hyggelige Trøjborg-kvarter, tæt på både bycentrum og havet med Risskov kun 100 meter væk. Lejligheden har en stor stue med fjernsyn og sofa, hvor der er plads til at sove en ekstra, samt et rumligt soveværelse. Dertil et hyggeligt køkken med spisebord.
