In the cottage, you live a basic life, close to nature in a beautiful hiking and cycling area, in a large, nature-rich place: vegetable garden, newly planted food forest, flower gardens & pond are ecologically managed. There are a few pets (dog, cat, chickens, walking duck, bees). The refrigerator is underground and the composting toilet an experience in itself. Ons huis ligt naast onze , melkveehouderij en is van alle gemakken voorzien: een bubbelbad, een complete keuken, oven, vaatwasser en wasmachine. Je bent welkom om een kijkje te nemen op onze boerderij! In de buurt liggen gezellige dorpen en steden zoals Borger, Emmen, Groningen. Voor motorsportliefhebbers is het TT Circuit in Assen 25 km.

We live in the monumental train station of Exloo from 1903, on the NOLS railway line, from Zwolle to Delfzijl. this railway was founded in 1899 and lifted in 1945. This railway is now a nice walking path! Next to our house is a completely detached and brand new renovated house of 2 floors with enough privacy and a private entrance for up to 6 people. There is free parking, and a private terrace in complete privacy.
