Vacation rentals with lake access in 7th arrondissement

This is a great apartment, really spacious. We were 3 people but it is big enough for 6. It’s easy enough to get into Paris on the RER & if you want to get an Uber back at night it’s quite quick and reasonable at approx €21-26, but it does take a bit longer & is more expensive at peak times so it’s worth using the RER - it’s easy to download a digital Navigo pass on the IDR website and then scan in with your phone. There are stores & bakeries nearby but we didn’t try the local restaurants so can’t comment on those. We used it as a base for exploring Paris and Versailles & were out all day - it worked well as it’s nice to come back to such a comfortable apartment - lots of space inside and out and very helpful hosts. Si vous avez besoin d'un appartement propre dans un environnement calme et paisible, ce logement répond à vos besoins. L'hôte et son épouse sont très réactifs, chaleureux et disponibles pour répondre à toutes vos questions. Je recommande ce logement.

Wir waren mit 10 Personen in der Unterkunft. Wir würden den Gastgebern auch Recht geben, dass die Unterkunft grundsätzlich für 9 Personen geeignet ist. Folgendes sollte man wissen: Das Haus recht hellhörig ist. Wenn alle einen ähnlichen Rhythmus haben, ist das aber kein Problem. Schön wären Möglichkeiten zum hängen und ablegen von Kleidung in allen Zimmern. In 2 Zimmern war nur jeweils eins möglich. Die Ausstattung ist grundsätzlich wie beschrieben. Schöne Küche, genug Geschirr, bequeme Betten, gute Lage. Caroline hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet (max.15 Minuten), war sehr Lösungsorientiert und immer sehr freundlich😀 Danke dafür!🫶🏽

Agnès nous a accueillis très chaleureusement. Sa gentillesse et son adhésion à mon projet m’ont permis d’organiser un anniversaire inoubliable pour mon fils. Si vous voulez vous sentir comme à la maison, n’hésitez pas.

Suite à ces quelques jours passés chez vous, il me paraissait essentiel de prendre le temps de vous remercier une dernière fois pour votre accueil et votre générosité. Grâce à vous, nous avons passé un superbe séjour.

Wij hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad met super goeie communicatie met de host. Alles was tip top in orde. Zeker een aanrader!

This is a wonderful location need shops and restaurants. Uber rides were only 20 to 30 min from the major attractions. Highly recommend for families.

Très bien, hôte accueillant et très gentil

L'appartement est très bien situé, proche du centre d'Enghien-Les-Bains, de la gare et du lac. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture ! Il a le charme de l'ancien avec des parquets, ses hauts plafonds. Je vous recommande !

Nous avons adoré notre séjour sur l'île de la Jatte, au calme et dans un environnement naturel très plaisant. L'appartement de Dorothée est très chaleureux et décoré avec goût. Avoir au quotidien de beaux objets du monde dans le regard est extrêmement agréable. Nous avons également eu le plaisir de la rencontrer et d'échanger avec elle. Cet appartement est une belle découverte qui permet de profiter de Paris en résidant dans un cadre privilégié.

It’s an excellent experience to stay at Patrices place. Patrice gave us the clear guidance about the studio and everything around it.The view from the terrace is amazing!!!!! We enjoyed our stay in Vincennes. Would like to come back one day!

Apparemment spacieux et agréable.

Logement plus que bien placé, propre et complet. L’emplacement est idéale pour un petit week end parisien. Merci à Romain pour sa flexibilité, sa gentillesse et sa pro activité sur l’arrivée et le départ. Je recommande à 100%

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt! Der Check-In war unkompliziert und schnell. Die Wohnung war genauso wie auf den Bildern beschrieben – sehr sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Supermärkte, was den Aufenthalt sehr praktisch gemacht hat. Auch die Verkehrsanbindung ist hervorragend: Eine Bushaltestelle ist nur etwa 100 Meter entfernt, und die nächste Zughaltestelle erreicht man in ungefähr einem Kilometer.Uns hat es wirklich sehr gut gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Дуже хороший господар який зустрів нас у своїй квартирі, показав все! Квартира знаходиться у дуже гарному місці, у трьох хвилинах пішки повільним кроком від метро!!! Рекомендую!!!

Mehdii was a great guest, communicated very well, explained in detail all about the apartment, so that our arrival and stay was smooth and comfortable. The apartment is very nice, as on the pictures, located in a very nice neighborhood, easy to access Paris center. Thank you for a pleasant stay in Paris!

Logement propre et fidèle aux photos, arrivée en autonomie très facile, hôte très réactif, localisation tout proche du centre de Lamorlaye. Cadre sympa avec les poneys qui sont devant la maison !

Je recommande fortement, Le lieu est accessible, l’accueil est chaleureux, tout est propre et impeccable. J’ai passé un bon moment et je suis satisfait. J’y retournerai.

grote, nette woning met ruime parkeer mogelijkheden. grote slaapkamers en een aparte eetkamer en aparte woonkamer. Erg prettig.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Thierry was a great host and very helpful. So much so we extended our stay for another two night. Thierry’s wife was also great and suggested a lovely little creperie (L’tang D’Art) which is a must visit. Our favourite bar to sit outside and watch the sun go down was Diane on the square in Lamorlaye. Will be back 😎

J'ai pu séjourner chez Thierry : très calme, spacieux, très spacieux. Chacun des cottages dispose d'une terrasse où prendre le soleil en regardant les bâtiments équestres tout autour. Il y a devant les cottages une très grande pelouse où les enfants peuvent courir et jouer en toute sécurité. Le logement était mieux que sur les photos, plus grand. On peut venir à plusieurs familles sur plusieurs appartement car ils forment un bel ensemble. Thierry est un hôte très sympathique.
