Unique Apt in the Marais/Beaubourg

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!

I can't say enough good things about Eleanore and this apartment space. The space itself was among the best city airbnb's for the price I've ever stayed in. Great location within a block of the metro and perfectly situated to navigate all the hotspots of Paris. The cherry on top was Eleanore's hospitality - the communication and local recommendations were fantastic and always prompt. Our trip wouldn't have been the same without our experience here - thank you endlessly to Eleanore!!

I had a lovely stay at this beautiful and clean apartment in the Marais. The location was fantastic, and everything was exactly as described. Overall, it was a great experience. There were just a couple of small inconveniences: the shower didn’t have a shelf or ledge to place toiletries, which made things a bit tricky. Also, since the apartment is on the second floor, we could occasionally hear noise from the upstairs neighbors, especially at night. That said, these were minor issues, and I would still happily recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in the area.

Emmanuel’s place was the perfect home base for our trip to Paris! The location couldn’t have been more ideal - such a great neighbourhood with everything we needed in walking distance. The apartment itself is spacious, clean & even more beautiful than the photos. We can’t wait to return on our next trip to the city.

The Marais - quiet 1 bedroom with balcony

We had a great 4 night stay! Julien was great and we had good and clear communication with him and his staff from booking time all the way till end of stay. Checkin was smooth and we had someone waiting for us at the apartment to show us the space. Apartment is a bit small like most in Paris, especially the bathroom but still very comfortable and super functional. The small terrace was fun and the apartment has relative open view and big windows so lots of fresh air comes in. The bed was very comfortable and the room is nicely decorated. Elevator is very small (fits max 2 ppl without luggage at best) so if you're claustrophobic, it could be a bit scary. Only unfortunate thing was that the arranged airport shuttle failed to arrive so that got us a bit delayed and we had to take an Uber - nothing big and the staff took full responsibility over the mishap.

Ludovic, Gregory and Cecille were very friendly, responsive and accommodating. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed to feel like we were Parisians for a few days. Very secure and clean, we felt at home and truly did not want to leave.
