Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in 2nd arrondissement

Had a lovely stay and felt at home in Marie-France’s apartment … it’s in a great location for getting everywhere and in nice local neighbourhood, despite being on busy roads … it’s not in Le Panier but only a short walk away and better in my opinion as less touristy … the apartment has everything you need and it’s a great place to come back to after a busy day … Marie-France was very friendly, responsive and flexible throughout my stay.

We felt right at home here, we parked our car and took the bus 35 mins in to Aix which was super easy and a lot less stress than parking in the city. The washer in the unit was so handy after 3 weeks of travel. The neighbourhood is a little remote if you want to spend a lot of time in the city, but it suited us fine as we wanted to do day trips with our car. We just bought home our croissants for breakfast the next day and rewarded them in the oven! Host was so lovely and welcoming and was readily available from their place behind the apartment.

The apartment has breathtaking views. The interior is perfectly clean, matches the photos and the bedding is good quality. The residence is secure, with a gate, which is a big asset when you come by car. The place is peaceful and the neighbors we met are very friendly. Hadrien is great and always available if you have any questions. We did not test the public transport. By car, the apartment is 13 minutes from the Calanque de Sormiou, 15 minutes from the Old Port and the Ferris Wheel (Borely). The stay was perfect, no negative points, apartment to book without a second thought. Perfect stay.

First off all the view was astonishing from the studio you get the aura of “les calanques”. The host was so proactive and provided plenty of recommendations.

This apartment is perfect: close to the old port on foot, impeccable cleanliness, very pleasant, easy to find, quiet.

Long and pleasant stay in a simple and basic apartment, very quiet, very bright. Super well located, 5 minutes from the metro, and the Dome, very easy access with the plus: possibility to park your car in the closed residence. Very good communication with Delphine, always attentive, who accepted us with our two cats!

I had a great stay at Corinne's, her apartment is really great, it feels very good and it is super well located. In addition, Corinne was very welcoming and warm with me. I hope to be able to come back one of these days! It was a pleasure!

Great stay at Sébastien's. The apartment is very comfortable, and the view is stunning, even more beautiful than in the photos. The location is ideal if you want to be quiet and next to the center and beaches. The residence's swimming pool was very nice, and it's never crowded, I was even able to swim there alone at lunchtime. I recommend it and will return on a future stay.

Pascal and Véronique are very nice and welcoming hosts. The place was very clean and identical to the photos with a beautiful sea view. We had a great weekend in your accommodation and highly recommend it if you are going to Sausset-les-pins. The accommodation is super conveniently located with everything nearby. If we have the opportunity to come back to the area we will come back to Pascal and Véronique's!

Our stay was very nice with beautiful weather. The terrace and different shaded areas offer plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. We regretted that the listing did not specify that Jérôme or his family could occupy the floor during our presence which can impair privacy. A minimum of storage space in the bedrooms would bring better comfort and allow you to open your suitcase. We would like to thank Jérôme's parents who live nearby and who were particularly pleasant and generous by offering us vegetables from their garden.

Very nice spacious accommodation quiet beautiful terrace and the indoor pool was pleasant with this high heat. Eric knows how to welcome you and give you some beautiful places to visit.

A ten minute walk down a hill will get you into historic Aix. The pool is a natural pool which is a nice change, and the yard is so beautiful with a large picturesque tree providing shade to the nice seating options all around. Outside the large fenced yard is a quiet but busy suburban area outside the historic area of Aix. The bedrooms and kitchen are comfortable and the owners really care about sharing a good experience with the guests. Thank you for sharing your personal home with us; it was a delightful stay.
