Spotlessly clean apartment, beautifully fitted out and ideal for a visit to Paris. Sofa bed was large and comfortable. We ate out, but easily could have cooked in the apartment. Shower room was spacious and very clean. Max David was very helpful and quick to reply and we would have no hesitation in staying again. The location is just above Place de Republic, near the canal, so easy to get around and the Metro is very close. Lots of bustling bars alongside the canal but the apartment is very private and set far enough away to be peaceful and quiet and it’s easy to walk through Marais to find a great place to eat. Excellent from start to finish.

Beatrice's place was perfect for our stay in Paris. She was a great host, very communicative, quick responses and flexible with the check in time. Her lovely mum came to meet us and showed us around the apartment. We especially appreciated the elevator with our big suitcase! The location is great with well-connected Métro stops within a short walking distance. We found everything we needed within less than 5 mins walk (fantastic restaurants, boulangeries and a supermarket) and Beatrice kindly wrote up her recommendations in a little book which was so helpful. The apartment looks just like the photos and our stay was very comfortable. It feels like a real home and it was lovely to return there each day after our travels. Despite it being so well connected to shops and Paris life it is very quiet and with minimal sound from neighbours and outside. It made our stay in Paris feel so authentic and lovely and we would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay in the heart of Paris. The apartment is uniquely decorated, is of a reasonable size for a family of 3 and has everything you may need. Highlights: an award winner pastry shop just around the corner, a farmers market for the real Parisian feel, minutes walking to Notre Dame and Saint Germain Boulevard. Lowlights: due to the fact that the bedroom is in the basement it was challenging to get fresh air in. Also the apartment has rich decor and white rugs and carpets which makes it at times difficult to navigate especially with winter clothes or heavy bags.

Great location and view from 6th floor. Louis made it very easy to check in and even offered to carry my girlfriends bags up 6th flights. clean place. Would recommend and go back without hesitation.

Olivier was available, quick to respond, and gave very clear directions. It's a great neighbourhood and the apartment is super-close to the Metro- which is very important. The kitchen is ultra modern and fully equipped (even a dish washer and washing machine.) Nice balcony to eat out on. Just a great place to stay, and very reasonably priced compared to everything we looked at.

Great apartment ideally located in a central but quiet neighborhood. metro station is literally in front of the gate so it's a very convenient as a base in Paris to get yourself anywhere. so the main selling point is its location. the place itself has everything you need for a short stay.

Très satisfait de notre séjour chez Valérie. L'appartement est très adapté pour deux personnes. Le balcon est un vrai plus avec la vue sur la cour intérieure qui donne un espace paisible. Le logement est à 5 min de marche du métro/tramway et il est facile de trouver tous les services à proximité dans le quartier (Restaurants, magasin,...) La cuisine est complète et tous les équipements sont là. L'hôte nous a accueillie en personne, ce qui est très rare maintenant et elle a pris le temps de nous montrer les différents accès de l'immeuble et les petites choses à savoir avant le séjour. Nous recommandons vivement!

Sora was a fantastic host. Our apartment has wonderful views and is a very comfortable place for a weeklong stay. When we first walked in, (coming from the US) it felt a little small. But we quickly realized that everything was organized so well that it was very comfortable for our visit. She has everything that you might need – a very functional washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, etc. Very nice little espresso machine, and even an orange juicer. The views of the Eiffel Tower are as spectacular as the photos suggest. Everything was very clean and modern. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for both breakfast and dinner on multiple days. We would definitely stay here again.

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.

The apartment is a second floor walk-up (35 steps) in an older, but secure and clean building, near a metro stop. It is on a busy street, above a Mexican restaurant, but the apartment is quiet and there are no odors from the business below. There are many windows that open, so that the place is light and airy. The kitchen appliances that we used were in good working order. There is good water pressure and ample hot water. The Internet connection is fine and the TV has all the main French channels. The bed is comfortable and we slept well. The host was prompt to meet us at the apartment and answered our questions. The apartment is comfortable and spacious (for Paris) with many personal decorative touches, including some intriguing original Chagall-esque paintings. This is a good, convenient choice for a couple to visit the many historical and cultural sights of Paris.

My partner and I stayed at François’s penthouse in Aubervilliers, and it was the perfect choice. The listing was detailed and accurate, with photos matching the pristine, well-maintained space. Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Thank you so very much, Nicholas, for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We absolutely loved it!!!

One of our best Airbnb stays ever! 💯💯💯 Ugo is a very welcoming and responsive host. He provided all of our necessities (trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.) and even came by after work to change the jacuzzi filter—truly amazing and kind. The house itself is very clean, cozy, and spacious—it felt exactly like home. There's nothing better than enjoying some BBQ after a long day outside and then dipping into the warm water of the jacuzzi. We 100% recommend this place!

Maison qui nous a permis de rassembler des amis d'un peu partout en France. Ce n'est pas loin de Paris ni de Roissy, donc plutôt pratique (même si le RER est à 2km, un bus permet d'y aller si vous n'avez pas envi de marcher). La cuisine est bien équipée et la deuxième cuisine au 1er étage nous a permis de cuisiner sans souci (12 personnes). L'extérieur est plutôt agréable avec un barbecue à disposition.
