Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in 1st arrondissement

We had a great weekend at this place. The people are welcoming and available to the customer if needed. We highly recommend this place for its cleanliness, amenities or geographical area (located a few minutes from Lyon with public transport 200 meters away).

Sylvie’s place was a fantastic location and ideal to relax and unwind. It was cozy, private, clean and had all the amenities (including little soaps and shower gels, coffee capsules etc) The pool was pristine and the surroundings beautiful. The location is ~7’ drive from some lovely local small town restaurants, markets and supermarket and ~25’ drive to the city of Lyon. So if you are looking for the perfect combination of relaxation surrounded by garden, pool and quiet with the possibility to enjoy the liveliness of a city such as Lyon within driving distance, this is the place for you! ☺️ Sylvie is an amazing host!! Very responsive, good and clear communications and very attentive and helpful. She provided a very warm welcome onsite and offered several nice suggestions of places to go and see or restaurants to try. She even brought us a lovely surprise of freshly picked delicious cherries 🤩 Definitely coming back! Also perfect for a short stay on your way to the South of France.

Ideal house for a weekend reunion with friends with small children. Spacious and very well furnished and equipped living spaces, clean and very comfortable bedding, activities to do in the vicinity. A great weekend thanks to José and Frédéric who hosted us very well and who are very available to make this stay perfect.

Amazing, we highly recommend! The setting/view is just beautiful, the accommodation impeccable, the decoration is neat and tasteful, the bedding is perfect. The accommodation, although next to the farmhouse, offers pleasant privacy. We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful, quiet and clean house. The garden and the terrace were such a delight. Being 5 min from the city centre (by bus that just stopped outside) with a view over Lyon and the Alps and Mt. Blanc, and experiencing the quietness of the countryside with hens in the garden is something not to be missed. We had fresh eggs every morning! The hosts, Sam and Louis, are wonderful and professional in every respect. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with cheese, charcuterie and wine after being shown around the house, which is beautifully furnished with a high-tech kitchen, sound system and electrical shutters. The house can be extended to the terrace with large sliding doors. At the end of our week, the hosts gave us a ride to the train station (Perrace). This house is an absolute jewel, and I recommend it highly. I will definitely choose Sam and Louis as hosts next time I go to Lyon!

I arrived just in time to meet the host's wife and uncle. They assisted me with getting the key and checking in. The room is small and very cute. Warm and pleasant. The host's little cat girl slept with us all morning. Thanks a lot.

Our stay at Anny's went very well. The accommodation is very clean, well decorated, good bedding and quiet in a residential area and well located for visiting Lyon. The outdoor space is beautifully furnished.

We spent a full week there. Loved the apartment and where it is located. Nothing was missing. Everything was in order. We were met on the street as soon as we arrived. I recommend it without reservation. If we were to return to Lyon, we would probably return.

We stayed in the light studio for a weekend, it's the best accommodation I've stayed in in Lyon. Privatized parking space, close to public transport and activities/monuments to see. I would recommned this property. Hosts are always there in case of any problems, they are very responsive

We loved our stay! When it rained we sat on the patio, read and drank wine listening to people walking on the street and the birds chirping. We walked everywhere! Lots of highly rated restaurants are in walking distance and everything else is accessible by metro. Comfortable bed, homey feel. The washing machine was also a very nice to have on our long trip!

Patricia’s apartment was stunning,clean and comfortable. Full of her art, beautifully decorated and furnished, we immediately felt right at home and settled in for our long stay. Very conveniently located close to all transport, surrounded by excellent bakeries/patisseries, local street markets and a ten minute walk to the famous Les Halles. Lots of traditional restaurants within easy reach. Though situated on a main street the apartment was quiet, the beds very comfortable. Patricia very generously provided breakfast and treats. Lyon is a great city full of art, history and excellent food as well as wonderful green spaces such as the Tete D’Or park, only a few minutes’ walk from the apartment. This is one of the best airbnb properties we have stayed at. Would come back in a heartbeat.

We had a pleasant and great stay! Listing matches photos. Quite spacious and clean, with impeccable bedding. In addition, it is very well located, lots of things are within walking distance. Isabelle is a very responsive host. ☺️ Small negative point in terms of insulation… you can hear outside and in the evening it was hot in the room (during our stay it was over 30 degrees in the shade). But other than that, it was perfect. Would highly recommend!

We had a great time at this apartment, the residence is very quiet, we had no difficulty parking nearby and the neighborhood is very nice. The tram is close by. This apartment has a lot of benefits. We would definitely recommend it.

The attic apartment is very tastefully furnished with loving details. It is also easily accessible by elevator from the underground parking garage. The roof terrace extends over the entire length of the apartment and is very cozy with many plants and artificial grass as well as a dining area and a small seating area. A large awning may provide shade. All technical devices worked perfectly. The underground parking space cost €30 extra, which is cheap compared to the fees on the street. However, the access to the garage is very narrow. The location of the apartment is quiet. There is a Lidl supermarket around the corner. Nearby is a local neighborhood center with restaurants, bakeries and cafes. To the Lyon center you can take the tram or metro, which are within ~10 minutes walking distance. Thierry is very friendly and helpful. There are many rules that, if not followed, may incur additional costs - so read and follow them carefully!

Martini’s place was perfect for us. Easy to get to by public transport from Lyon Part-Dieu. Martinez’s rep Tina was lovely and came to rescue us when we accidentally went to the wrong building. The apartment was lovely and we ate there each night. We appreciated the washing machine and clothes rack so even though there was a dryer we didn’t need it. Martine was prompt in answering any questions. Highly recommended. Thank you Martine and Tina!

For this last-minute rental, our host was responsive and flexible on our check-in and check-out constraints. The apartment was very well located for our needs, comfortable, clean and well-equipped, in a quiet and pleasant residence (the little evening bath, even icy, was very pleasant😉).
