Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in 12th arrondissement

Ideaal gelegen tussen Versailles en Oarijs, alles heel vlot te bereiken met bus en metro. Heel hartelijk ontvangen, Fadia en Guy nemen de tijd voor een gesprek, ze doen dit duidelijk met volle goesting! Alles was net en verzorgd, goed geslapen. Als we terugkomen naar Parijs, kiezen we zeker weer voor een verblijf bij deze lieve mensen.

Excellent emplacement dans un bel immeuble ancien, la chambre et la salle de bains très propres, sont spacieuses, au calme, bien équipées, le lit est confortable et l'accueil d'Adelaide au top, très soucieuse du bien être des voyageurs. Je recommande vivement.

Logement au cœur de la végétation. Une petite aux portes de Paris. Si vous aimez la nature et la plénitude, vous serez au bon endroit.

Beautiful, unique apartment in the heart of Paris! We loved spending time in the space and enjoyed the balcony outside the rooms as well. Can’t wait to return!

Mon séjour d'une semaine chez Margaret a été parfait du début à la fin. La chambre est bien équipée, le lit est confortable et une fenêtre donne sur le jardin. C'est très calme et pourtant on peut rejoindre la rue commerçante de Vincennes en quelques minutes à pied. Paris est à environ 20 minutes en métro (ligne 1) ou en RER sans frais supplémentaires. J'ai eu de belles et intéressantes discussions avec Margaret. Elle et son colocataire sont des personnes très agréables et discrètes. Je peux recommander ce logement à 150 %. Merci pour cette bonne semaine Margaret.

Logement très agréable au coeur de Versailles, avec un petit jardin et très bien entretenu ! Nous avons fortement apprecié ce séjour à Versailles et Vanessa et été une hôté très agréable et accessible. Il faudrait simplement régler le problème de la machine à café Nespresso car celle-ci semble avoir un défaut (les capsules ne se perforent pas normalement et le café ne peut pas couler). Nous recommandons fortement ce logement et y retournerons avec grand plaisir !

Bardzo polecam pobyt w tym miejscu. Spokojna i bezpieczna okolica. Niedaleko przystanek metra. W mieszkaniu jest wszystko, czego potrzeba na krótki wyjazd do Paryża. Gospodarz idealny - zawsze odpowiada na wiadomości, przygotował poczęstunek na śniadanie, interesował się, czy wszystko u nas w porządku. Serdecznie polecam!

What a great find! All of the employees at this establishment were cheerful and friendly, eager to make our stay wonderful. The room was clean and bright, with a lovely street view. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. There were amenities nearby the hotel and the metro was just steps away. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel---it was the best weeklong rental we could have secured. We will return!

This is a beautiful apartment with a fabulous view in an incredible location. We could walk everywhere. 5 min to Notre Dame, 5 min to the Louvre, great walking in the Tuileries. So many restaurants nearby and very convenient to the metro and the bus. Laurence-Agnes is a great host. She gave us a nice bottle of wine in our arrival and had water and milk in the frig for us. Fruit available and coffee too. We very much enjoyed staying and would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Paris.

If we could leave more stars, we would!!Sandrine and her whole family were extremely welcoming, taking the time to sit and talk with us. The location was perfect for the Olympic rowing, in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood. If we come back to Paris, we would like to stay with her again. Her home is beautiful and we feel lucky to have had the opportunity to share it with her.

Fabrice is een zeer goede en vriendelijke host. Vriendelijke ontvangst, perfecte uitleg over de voorzieningen bij aankomst. Tijdens het verblijf zeer snelle reacties bij vragen.

Vi har hatt et veldig hyggelig opphold hos Marie-Helén. God frokost i nydelige omgivelser, og hun har vært svært hjelpsom.

Hôte réactif et disponible. Logement fidèle à la description et très agréable. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner compris (assez rare en location, pour le souligner) Petite terrasse ombragée très appréciable . Rien à redire, nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Muy atenta, el lugar está súper céntrico y tranquilo, tienes un súper a un lado, el desayuno espectacular y a la hora que lo pidas, el lugar es tal cual está en las fotos.

Our group of four (2 couples) just completed our stay at Isabelle's wonderful apartment in Paris. It was the perfect place for two couples since it had two bedrooms with two full bathrooms. Isabelle was super helpful getting us checked in and giving us instructions. The ground floor apartment is located a couple of blocks from the Paris metro which makes getting anywhere in Paris easy. There are stores and places to eat within a couple of blocks. If we come back to Paris we will definitely try and stay here again!

I stayed in this place because of a flight being rescheduled and it was really peaceful. Eléonore even put me in a different room to make sure I wouldn't have to share the kitchen and bathroom space with someone else for most of my stay which I appreciated so much. Check-In was super easy and a lot of nature is closeby. It's also just a 15min taxi ride from the airport so I highly recommend it for staying a night before a flight.

Karine was such a lovely host! The room was super clean and the bathroom far exceeded my expectations. There's also air conditioning which I truly appreciate because I tend to get hot at nights so it was perfect. The calming atmosphere of the home overall is serene and perfect. Also, Karine was kind enough to even let me use the living room to get my makeup done. She was always proactive and even understanding when I accidentally tripped the alarm after arriving to the home so late. There also the lovely cat that would come by to check on my sometimes. My only drawback would be that the place is a little far from the center than I originally thought so it may take some time to get to things. And the wall panels are thin so you can hear everything but the house it pretty quiet so there's no issue with that.

Hôte très accueillant et flexible sur l'heure d'arrivée. Le logement est idéalement situé pour se rendre sur le plateau de Saclay. Mon dos fragile et mon sommeil léger m'ont empêché de passer une bonne nuit (matelas extrêmement mou et maison ancienne avec faible isolation sonore) mais si vous ne souffrez pas de ces problèmes je vous recommande vivement le lieu !

Oahida is a very warm and welcoming host. She has a beautiful house, situated in a peaceful location. The neighborhood is safe and I felt right at home. Would love to come back.
