The place is nice for large crowds. the place was clean and tidy. the swimming pool is added bonus. kids will love it there.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

Fantastische plek met alles wat je nodig hebt! Echt een oase op goede afstand van de stad. Om bij te kunnen komen van de drukke stad is dit echt een aanrader Het zwembad en de tuin is heerlijk en het huis is knus en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Mooi gelegen aan de rand van het bos.

Maison bien adaptée à des groupes car beaucoup de chambres , ce qui est agréable. Le quartier est calme et il y a quelques commerces à proximité ce qui est très appréciable. Nous avons passé un bon moment chez Olivier

Wij hebben met onze kinderen van 7 en 10 bij Sophia 5 heerlijke dagen gehad. Wat een fantastische plek om van hieruit het prachtige Parijs te ontdekken. Toevallig was het rond de 30 graden deze dagen dus de kinderen konden voordat we erop uit gingen heerlijk zwemmen en als we terugkwamen vanuit de stad konden zij niet wachten om weer een duik te nemen. Op de eerste dag kwamen we een stuk later aan dan gepland dus de kinderen waren teleurgesteld dat zij misschien niet meer konden zwemmen maar Sophia had alles helemaal gereedgemaakt, wat een fijn ontvangst voor de kinderen. Sophia was een onwijs aardige en behulpzame gastvrouw en reageerde meteen als we een vraag hadden. Wij kijken terug op een fantastische reis met een heerlijk verblijf waar niets aan ontbrak. Na een dag in de drukke stad, kon je bij Sophia weer helemaal tot rust komen. Dankjewel Sophia, het was geweldig! Wij zouden het zeker aanbevelen.

Das beste AirBnb aller Zeiten! Schöner als auf den Bildern, toller Service (da U.S. er Auto so groß war, wurde uns auf der Straße ein Parkplatz freigehalten), top modern, auf Nachrichten wurde sofort reagiert und unterstützt, es war sogar Grillkohle für den Grill bereitgestellt! 5 min zur Metro M11, 3 min zum Böcker oder Auchan Supermarkt. Wenn mal wieder Paris zu acht, dann nur in dieses Haus. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt

Bob hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, es war alles wie beschrieben. Das Apartment befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage,drinnen ist es Groß und sehr Wohlbefindend. Die Nächste Bushaltestelle war ca.250m weit weg,bis zur S-Bahn RER waren es mit dem Bus ca.10min und nach Paris weitere 15min. Komme gerne wieder, Danke Bob 🙂

Maison spacieuse, joliment décorée, bien chauffée et bien entretenue. Bien située en proche banlieue de Paris dans un cadre inattendu. Christine la propriétaire est très sympathique et arrangeante. Petite bouteille de blanc pour nous souhaiter la bienvenue. La chatte Louna a rendu notre séjour avec les enfants encore plus agréable. Merci à Christine et à sa famille.

Je viens de passer une semaine dans le logement, j ai ete acceuillit par le papa d Axelle sociable sourrire chaleureux et tres clair sur les intructions, la petite maison etait propre et bien equipee, la cour interieure est un + ainsi que l emplacement pour garer son vehicule. Je recommande vivement ce bien. Je ne comprends pas du tout les deux avis negatifs sur 57, je pense que ses personnes sont vraiment de mauvaise fois. Gros Merci Axelle pour ce bien exceptionnel a prix raisonnable.

Logement très bien situé et très calme. Les hôtes sont très accueillants, et arrangeants, nous sommes arrivés en avance et avons pu accéder au logement plus tôt.

Nous nous rendons à Paris pour le concert de mon cousin et très franchement le mari de Baboune nous a très bien accueilli, il nous à offert du thé à l’arrivée, le logement était propre et les photos du logement correspondaient aux logements réels !! Baboune est très gentil, réactive et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions ! Je la recommande vivement. Merci pour tous et j’espère à très bientôt Fatihia

Valérian est très réactif. Grande maison, propre, située sur un terrain clôturé. Quartier ultra calme à quelques minutes à pied des RER C ou N.

Just a few minutes' walk from the station, the location is both quiet and convenient — with fast food options and a delicious bakery nearby, it was a perfect environment. The address was clear and accurate, making it easy for our Uber drivers to find without any issues. Inside the building, everything was spotless. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with a variety of dishes, the refrigerator was large, and the bathtub offered plenty of room to relax. We are truly filled with gratitude. What made this place truly exceptional was the fact that there were six private bedrooms — something quite rare to find within central Paris. On top of that, the host kindly arranged an additional mattress in another room, allowing all seven of us to stay comfortably. Maison qui nous a permis de rassembler des amis d'un peu partout en France. Ce n'est pas loin de Paris ni de Roissy, donc plutôt pratique (même si le RER est à 2km, un bus permet d'y aller si vous n'avez pas envi de marcher). La cuisine est bien équipée et la deuxième cuisine au 1er étage nous a permis de cuisiner sans souci (12 personnes). L'extérieur est plutôt agréable avec un barbecue à disposition.

Vraiment top le logement d’Alexandre, c’est une maisonnette très jolie dans un quartier très tranquille, et quand vous souhaitez aller au centre de Paris vous y êtes en 20 minutes ! Je recommande fortement !
