Tucked away in the heart of Preston village, Stanley cottage is detached and set out on one level. Preston village lies 1.1 mile inland from the beautiful Tynemouth longsands, between Whitley Bay and Tynemouth. Only a mile to a metro station giving access to the cities of Newcastle, Gateshead etc. The south facing high walled garden has a wood fired hot tub for all 5 guests to unwind and relax. (Fuel not supplied) The compact layout has been sympathetically modernised to suite today's lifestyle.

White le head luxury cottages have been designed on very high spec with all the warm colours throughout. It's got under floor heating all the way through and also got fully spec kitchen with the fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher etc. Both cottages have got stunning views over looking the lovely garden and the country side. Its located right along the main walking track and the cycle track. Beamish open air museum, gibside national trust and tanfield railway museum is less then 4 miles away.

Our recently renovated, small but spacious, home offers more than meets the eye from the peaceful, aesthetically pleasing street out front. Nestled nicely in the heart of Whickham, surrounded by parks, pubs and restaurants. A public bus can get you to town in only 15 minutes and a taxi will cost about £12. We don’t mind if you bring your dogs. We get it! But please no more than 2 and please don’t leave them alone🐕
