Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Ideally placed between the village of Forest Hall and Benton Metro Station providing easy access to Newcastle City Centre and the coast. Lovely bedrooms with kingsize bed available for 2 guests & sml double bed available for single guests, private lounge, garden room, shared bathroom, use of kitchen and facilities, private garden with open view and sun deck, free parking.

Modern, quiet and restful top floor rooms

Modern 3 storey home, built 16 years ago. Guests have complete use of the 3 rooms on the top floor-comprising lounge (with TV, Music and DVD players), bathroom (bath +shower) and w/c, bedroom with a double and a single bed, wardrobe and set of drawers. Guests may use WC, all kitchen facilities and the dining room on the ground floor. Durham, Newcastle and Sunderland are each only about 6 miles away. My house is in a quiet cul de sac and the rear garden backs onto the Coast-coast cycle track

Fully furnished rooms available in a homely house in a cosy area. The house itself is very spacious and accommodating with large spaces of rooms, ready for you to stay! This selected room is the largest room in the house. It is located in a quiet street, directly a corner away from Newcastle's West Road which is in the centre of amenities; shops, stores, restaurants, dessert parlours, ATM machines, petrol stations (see map for more). (Long term stays can have huge discounts, so message!)

Bus stop at door and next to cycling and walking routes. Uber taxi service operates here too. Local Roman history. A huge garden to enjoy and off road parking. The room is en-suite, a double or twin with private lounge. Guests need to climb a spiral staircase. Hens in garden. Substantial continental breakfast included.

I want to welcome people and their dogs to our home in the village of Rowlands Gill just 8 miles from the centre of Newcastle. I have 2 bright, spacious bedrooms with 2 shower rooms. A complimentary continental breakfast is available in the second bedroom. This room has huge windows looking onto our wood. There are no curtains but it isn’t overlooked. The beds are partly separated from the seating by a screen. Squirrels, red kites, jays and many other birds can be seen here.

Stylish, quiet double room (en-suite shower) in award winning designer home, 5 mins walk to Jesmond Metro (3 stops to Central Station and about 25 mins to the Airport). Near the Great North Run start, about 20 mins walk into town. In the centre of trendy Jesmond, it's a red brick lodge, totally revamped in 2016, super insulated, modern interior. We also have 2 other rooms, search"Garden View" and "Peace & Quiet". Breakfast (muesli, fruit, toast etc) included up to 10.30am.

This Pied a Terre is next door to St Mary's Chapel and Jesmond Dene. It's a 5 minute stroll to lovely places for breakfast, drinks or an evening meal. Transport links are excellent, the metro into the city centre, metro centre, the airport and the coast is a 5 minute walk. You’ll love my place because of the location, it really is perfect. I have off road parking you can use and easy access to motorways both north and south.

Our only purpose made Double room overlooks the garden and has an ensuite bathroom that has a basin, toilet and electric shower. There is tea, coffee and complimentary biscuits in all rooms along with freeview Tv with built in Dvd player. A double wardrobe with hangers is sited in the corner of the room and a bedside lamp and central heating make this a very cosy room.
