Entire apartment of 80 square meters with air conditioning and Wi-Fi! In the center in front of the rear exit of the Ariston theater, 150 meters from the bike path. On the fourth floor with elevator and lots of sun, furnished all new and modern, it consists of two large double bedrooms, living room with table, sofa bed and TV, bathroom with shower and washing machine, kitchen equipped with dishwasher. Heating and double glazing. In July and August, for weekly stays, departure is on Sunday mornings.
