We have greatly enjoyed our stay! The place was super cozy and perfect for sitting outside with great views. Everything was neat and tidy and the host was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic time in this apartment in Split! The place was very clean, modernly furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were in the old town and by the sea in a few minutes on foot. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. Check-in went smoothly, and we felt very welcome right from the start. lovely accommodation in a perfect location. View from balcony was amazing. 3k walk along seafront to Zadar old town or around 4 euros in taxi. Property overlooks a lovely Marina, there is a road in front of property but that did not bother us. 10 min walk to a supermarket which is very reasonable and a little further a lovely beach bar that owners recommended on map in apartment which served the most amazing food at a great price. Lovely welcome drinks and food for our arrival, great instructions on how to access property, overall we had a lovely 4 day break

Beautiful apartment very clean bed comfortable. Didn’t realize you couldn’t drive to the apartment. I think it would be helpful for guests to know which cross street the taxi can drop you off at.

Had a wonderful stay here! Beautifully furnished and had everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable bed, fresh linens and a well equipped kitchen. This was by far our favourite place we stayed at during our 4 week holiday.

Mate and Martina’s apartment was IMMACULATE! Everything was high end and absolutely beautiful! The view was breathtaking and the hot tub and sauna was a wonderful touch. It was only 5 euros to Uber to the Old Town and approximately a 30-40 minute walk. We were greeted when we arrived and even spoiled with some snacks and wine from our host which we felt was such a sweet and generous gesture. We HIGHLY recommend staying here if you’re visiting Zadar!

We had a wonderful stay at Franciska and Toni’s apartment in beautiful Zadar! The space was impeccably clean, incredibly spacious, and equipped with lovely amenities that made it feel like a home away from home. It was also very walkable to the main attractions. Franciska and Toni were fantastic hosts - very responsive and helpful. When we ran into a small parking issue (which wasn’t their fault), they stepped in right away and helped us resolve it quickly. They also shared lots of great local recommendations, which made our time in Zadar even more enjoyable.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Sveti Petar. The apartment was very clean and neat with a very comfortable bed and high-quality utilities. We came with our kayak and enjoyed the luxury of basically falling out the door and right into the sea to the most. The cherry on top was the amazing roof terrace and BBQ, which we enjoyed for dinners and communication and care for us was excellent, too with home-made olive oil and Rakija.

Daniel’s apartment is spotlessly clean and appointed with every conceivable amenity one could think of needing while staying there. We had Daniel pick us up at the airport, and immediately felt “at home” after our long journey from San Francisco to Spit. Upon reaching the apartment, we were welcomed by an incredible charcuterie platter prepared by Daniel’s mother that included the best prosciutto we’ve ever had! The apartment is thoughtfully designed and stocked with everything from milk and juice in the refrigerator, to lotions, sunscreen and shaving cream in the bathroom. Without question, the standout quality of our stay was Daniel. His recommendations for places to go, restaurants, etc were superb. We hired him one evening to take us to a hilltop winery overlooking Split, and we got to meet his girlfriend, too. At the end of our stay, we felt like we had a new friend in Split, and even invited Daniel and Mila to visit us in San Francisco!

We absolutely loved this place! The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the old town, but the place itself is on a very quiet non-touristic street. There are also lots of restaurants, bakeries, and shops in walking distance - and indeed you can walk right out into the sea! The swimming area is really amazing, it's a slightly sheltered area so it felt really safe to swim there even when the sea was wavy. We also really liked the furniture and decor, it looks better in real life than in the photos. Everything was super clean as well. The view from the terrace is wonderful, and the view while swimming is amazing too. The terrace also has an awning so we were able to use it all day. Lana was an excellent host, we had the place to ourselves of course but she was super communicative before we arrived with information, instructions, and offering us advice. Everything was super clear and she was really friendly!

We had a wonderful stay . The apartment was even better than the photos. The sea views were amazing and the interior stylish and modern. We stayed with our daughter and 6 month old grand daughter and everything was perfect. Great to have the use of the hot tub, pool , play equipment and even the paddle board which we had great fun using. Would definitely come back. Great hosts and amenities.

Phenomenal place. The view of the city and the balcony are unrivaled. It was easy to spend the entire day on the balcony taking in the views of an ancient city surrounded by the Adriatic Sea. The hosts were nice and responsive. Both check in and check out were really smooth. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Beautiful and spacious apartment! From the balcony you can look very nicely at the city, the mountains and the sunset and the location is also practical. Emina was easy to reach and uncomplicated. I highly recommend staying with her!

We had a great time in Split. The apartment is very well located just beside the palace. We could not have asked for anything better.

Everything went smoothly, great place. Dino was very communicative and was able to answer everything for us.

Everything was great, but the large terrace overlooking the sea, the island and Zadar is the best point of the apartment

We had a fantastic few days at Sanja’s place. It was really well equipped with everything that you need including robes. It was very well designed, all the facilities were to a high specification and we wanted for nothing. We used the hottub and sauna facilities every day and the location was great for the national parks. We walked down to the sea front, there are one or two bars which was fine for us as we were quite happy cooking on the bbq and enjoying the terrace and views from the apartment. Would 100% recommend and visit again.

Great location, amazing harbor and islands view from the patio, very walkable to many restaurants and ~20 minute walk into the historic district which you can walk along the beach or a bit more direct along streets. Easy, short walks to multiple beaches both up and down the coast...providing options for quiet beaches or those with restaurants/bars, and activities. Very clean, comfortable, and with a private parking spot. Katarina our Host was proactive with meeting us at check-in, providing local advice and checking up to be sure everything was well...which is was! For a stay in Split, 100% would stay again!!

Amazing location, extremely walkable. Our host reached out to find out exactly when we’d arrive so he could meet us and show us the apartment. Very clean and comfortable.

Matthew was an unbelievable and kind host. He met us at the airport and gave us a ride with a tutorial of the things to do, showed us places to eat and drink. He gave us complete instructions about our place and then was available with any referrals or requests. The room is situated in a villa above the Adriatic Sea. We had the use of the private covered hot tub but were unable to use the pool because of the weather. I did jump in late at night but it was too cold to stay in long. The room was perfect for a couple with a comfortable bed with fresh linens and pillows. The kitchen was clean and everything needed to cook a meal. There was a medium sized fridge that we used for food and drink. The bathroom was huge with a big shower, tub, toilet and a bidet. The Villa is set on the hill so there is a slight hill to traverse to go into the old town of Split. Very easy walk and a car Is not advised. You simply do not need it. Split is a beautiful and clean town and should not be missed.
