House vacation rentals in Zmijavci

SHE House was as advertised. We quickly called her home feeling acclimated & comfortable. Our GPS sent us some terrible way initially but the locals were very friendly offering us assistance. Our host was patient & accommodating showing us how many ways to reach the house ("all roads lead to SHE House"). We really enjoyed how centrally located the home was to all things on Brac Island. We realized our visit was a bit early for the weather & the season when our original ferry from Makarska was cancelled due to bad weather but no worries we just had to go to Split. The wind was so strong it actually blew open the latched front door one afternoon. The soft throws in the basket were nice & cozy-really appreciated. Some of our favorite meals were at Pumparela Restaurant & Taverna Riva in Bol; Konoba Kopacina & Restaurant Ziza in Donji Humac; Gastro Diva in Makarska. Driving in Croatia is NOT for the faint of heart but if you happen to be on the D8 stop for coffee at Strada.

Vi var tre kvinnor som bodde i detta fina boende. Omgivningarna var så otroligt vackra och det var mycket fridfullt. Vi grillade en hel del i utegrillen och dagen efter så hade Petars pappa städat undan askan. Han var även generös med lokala gåvor såsom fikon, körsbär, sallad, vin, som vi njöt av. Petar svarade alltid snabbt på våra meddelanden och var till stor hjälp, alltid trevlig ton och tillmötesgående. Vi fick tips om både badställen, matbutiker mm. Vi vill varmt rekommendera detta boende och värdskapet. Och vi kan absolut tänka oss att komma tillbaka.

I came here for an intimate girls trip for my birthday and it's been the best trip! The home is absolutely stunning, the views throughout the home are breath taking and just gorgeous. We had lots of privacy, everything in the home was easy to use and easy to find, the pool was freezing though but nonetheless we still swam and had a great time. The host was super friendly and welcoming and available if we needed, we were very appreciative for her help and kindness. Thank you so much Sanja! <3

Ana und ihre Familie sind wirklich tolle Gastgeber. Sie kümmern sich, fragen immer nach ob alles gut ist oder einem was fehlt. Eines Abends hat Anas Vater sogar frisches Obst und Gemüse aus dem Garten vorbeigebracht. Außerdem wurden wir einmal zum Essen in deren eigenen Restaurant eingeladen. Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker und die Gemeinschaft mit ihnen schön. Ausstattungsmäßig ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Sogar mehr als erwartet. Die Lage ist super schön. Es ist ruhig und man ist privat für sich. Der eigene Pool war für uns das Highlight. Wir waren super zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in der Vila Iko und würden es nur jedem weiter empfehlen 😍😍

Had a wonderful stay! The place is just like the photos, with amazing views out to sea and across to Split. A fantastic outdoor space with the heated pool and outdoor kitchen where we prepared and cooked all our meals. The bedrooms were comfortable, with good temperature control, blackout shutters, and well sound insulated from any noises outside. Recommend the short hike up the hill behind the house for even more amazing views in all directions. Nina and Petar were great hosts, proactively making contact ahead of arrival and departure, meeting on our schedule, providing great recommendations for things to see and do, and being easily reachable if needed.

I had a great stay at Tom’s villa! It’s in a beautiful setting with incredible views of the Adriatic and the mountains in the distance, with a sparkling pool and vineyards in between - stunning! Shops and restaurants nearby were open during the first few days of my stay but closed down in early October. Plenty of great restaurants in Jelsa though which was still walking distance from the villa (3km). Tom had wine, and other drinks in the fridge and snacks on the table prior to checking which was so appreciated and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking (spices, oils, etc). Don’t hesitate, if you’re looking for a great villa in a perfect setting, book Villa Tomic!

We stayed for a week as a family of 10, split between 2 beautifully large and modern apartments. They were equipped with everything you need, and each had a balcony on every room which was great. The downstairs area was gorgeous and very secluded with stunning views of the hills and the pool area was perfect. It was so helpful having the shop a few steps away also. We had such a lovely stay here and our host was so welcoming and helpful with everything!! We couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you ❤️

Had a lovely stay at Jelena’s place. We’re two families with young children (one 3 yrs and two infants 6 months) and the apartment and it’s outdoors gave us everything we needed for the week! Great views over the mountains. We loved that we had the pool by our selves and many sitting areas in shade in the garden. There were always somewhere we could sit outside depending on the wheather. Close to supermarket, beaches, Omiš town etc when we wanted to do something. Jelena was very kind, helpful and gave our stay the extra touch! Would have loved to stay another week. Truly recommend!

We spent an incredible 6 nights here. The views are out of this world. We loved the easy access to Sveta Nedilja's small but beautiful beach just below the house. The property has so many options for outside seating and lounging, and every corner is as beautiful as the next. We also loved the local restaurant, a 2 minute walk away! Marija is a wonderful, warm and kind host who made us feel so welcome. We cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Exactly what we were hoping for. Relaxing, comfortable and private, surrounded by nature and few steps from the beautiful Adriatic. Grano was a wonderful host, warm, kind and super easy to communicate with. Thank you, Grano!

La maison de pêcheur est magique face à la mer, cela permet une vraie déconnexion. Nous serions restés encore quelques jours… Attention accès difficile en chemin caillouteux sur 2km et voisin sur la gauche, rien se dérangeant mais non précisé dans l’annonce

A truly idyllic place to unwind. We had a lovely week of swimming, kayaking and relaxing away from people (the property can only be accessed by boat so it is very peaceful and quiet). The host was very communicative - we can definitely recommend and would love to return to this unique property again!!

The apartment was nice, clean, tastefully decorated and had everything you might need. Scenes from the private (and big!) terrace were beautiful. The little beach in front of the house felt secluded, as there were no other people around. It was also really easy to reach since it was like 30 meters from the house. Last but not least, Marin is a great host, genuinely nice and helpful person. Thank you, we liked it there!

Een heerlijke oase van rust. Je hoort niets anders dan de geluiden van de natuur en het uitzicht verveelt nooit. Je waant je in de middle-of-nowhere, maar bent voorzien van alle gemakken en je rijdt met de auto met 40 min. naar alle leuke dorpjes.

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful house! It is the perfect place to unwind. We spent a lot of time in the garden reading and enjoying the splendid views or explored the surroundings. There are plenty of walks right in front of the doorstep. Makarska is a 10 min drive by car and has great restaurants and everything else you need. Stipe is a very friendly and helpful host. He provided everything we needed including some great ideas for walks. We would definitely recommend to stay at his place if you love nature and solitude. The only downside: the chimney of the fireplace is blocked by a bee's nest who were very upset. We tried it twice to lit a fire and there was smoke all over the place, even in the bedrooms, especially on the first floor which is dangerous and has to be fixed.

What a fantastic location. Peace and quiet and the beautiful sea. Lovely hospitable hosts. Super friendly and genuine. The BBQd fish they bought us for lunch was the best we had ever had. If you want to get away from it all then this is the place to come. We stayed a week and didn’t use the car once.

I had a wonderful stay in Mostar! The apartment was spotlessly clean, cozy, and felt just like home. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view from the terrace — you can see the famous Old Bridge right from there! The host was incredibly kind and responsive, always ready to help with anything. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Mostar!

Ein großartiger Urlaub...sehr gute Kommunikation, sehr freundliche Begrüßung, bekamen allen notwendigen Informationen. Im Kühlschrank erwarteten uns Getränke aller Art und diverse Leckereien sowie frisches Brot. Das Haus ist perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub! Es ist für wirklich alles gesorgt und sehr sauber. Es gibt extra Badetücher für den Pool und nach etwa einer Woche frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Der Vermieter ist jederzeit erreichbar und so gastfreundlich!! Wir wurden mit Gemüse/ Früchten aus dem Garten und Kuchen überrascht. Außerdem bereiteten sie uns ein tolles, typisch kroatisches Abendessen. Alle Fotos im Airbnb Inserat entsprechen der Tatsache. Das Haus befindet sich am Ende einer kleinen Straße in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft. Für die Gegend ist ein Auto absolut notwendig. Es gibt unterwegs überall kleine Restaurants und Supermärkte sowie Lidl in Imotski, etwa 15min Fahrzeit. Vielen Dank an Mijo und seine Familie...ihr seid so herzliche Menschen!!

The apartments was super. All was clean and the pool was amazing time. In the evenings was sound of dogs from neighbors. It was far away but you could hear it every evening and nights. If Your car is big (minibus) at first look the way. The road to the apartment is narrow. You must drive in small village near houses and fence. Inside You will find the flys. You must have something for it. It’s small problem. We do not have for flys and we do not. Are of it. Outside was the cams. It look to the bbq zone, yard, and near house. The apartments was 10 of 10. Safety and nice. We wear in July. The weather was: day - 30/35, night/evening - 18/22. In the evenings You can rest from hot. The bolt to the city 40-60 eur to one side. You have to evaluate the location. Because the city is far away. But it is private and safe.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem Haus von Marijan. Alles war wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Marianne und seine Frau waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden durch die beiden am Eingang des Dorfes abgeholt und Sie haben uns zur Unterkunft begleitet. Dort waren für uns ein paar Getränke bereitgestellt und etwas zu Essen. Das Haus war blitzsauber, im ganzen Haus hat es fantastisch gerochen und die beiden waren jederzeit erreichbar. Eine klare Empfehlung an alle, die es Abseits der Stadt mögen und gern ihre Ruhe haben möchten.

We had an amazing stay in a beautiful villa in Imotski, Croatia. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive, always available whenever we needed anything. The villa was perfect for a family getaway, with a lovely pool, plenty of deck chairs for relaxing, and well-maintained gardens, complete with a tennis table for some fun family games. The beds were really comfortable, ensuring we all got a great night’s sleep, and the TV system was excellent, keeping us entertained during our downtime. The BBQ area was a fantastic spot for outdoor meals, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and laid-back, making it a perfect place to unwind. Imotski is a charming, friendly town, and there are plenty of streams and scenic walks nearby, which were great for the kids to explore. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return. Highly recommend this villa for families or anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable break!

Die Unterkunft ist großartig und wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche dort verbracht. Der Garten ist weitläufig und ideal für uns, da wir mit zwei Hunden angereist sind. Es gibt viele Sitzgelegenheiten und einen schönen, großen Pool. Die Räume sind hell, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Klimaanlage und die Fliegengitter an den Schlafzimmerfenstern, was die heißen Nächte angenehmer gemacht hat. In der Nähe gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und kleine, gemütliche Restaurants. Die Gastgeber waren außerdem äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie standen uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und sorgten dafür, dass wir uns rundum wohlfühlten.

Это было отлично жилье, были все необходимые вещи на кухне и в доме. Бассейн потрясающий. Зона барбекю и беседка просто бомба. Территория очень чистая и ухоженная, детям было где поиграть в футбол на травке. Хозяева очень приветливые и дружелюбные. В день приезда встретили нас шикарным застольем и наливкой собственного производства, что было очень приятно с дороги перекусить. За день до отъезда угостили нас безумно вкусными блинами с нутеллой и вареньем. Просто божественные были блины. В день отъезда презентовали нам подарочки. Внимание хозяев очень впечатлило. Мы обязательно вернемся в это жилье. Мы чувствовали себя как дома. Спасибо за гостеприимство

Een geweldige familie vakantie gehad van 10 dagen, met onze kinderen, het zwembad en de jacuzzi is een feest. Heerlijk kunnen BBQ-en met het uitstekende weer wat we hadden. De villa is zeer ruim en van vele gemakken voorzien, zeker een aanrader om met een grote familie vakantie te vieren in deze riante villa. De hulp en uitleg van Ivan zijn uitstekend, niets is hem te veel. Ivan ( en vrouw ) bedankt voor jullie geweldige goede service, we kijken terug op een zeer geslaagde vakantie in het mooie Kroatië, en wie weet, tot ziens.
